I accidentally depromoted myself from the Owner of the clan to an Admin

No clan is without an owner, when you demoted yourself, the then deputy became the new owner- KingKyros.

Um, I wanted to know.. does this mean they were banned or something? Like are their accounts inactive temporarily or.. they are gone permanently? o_o

When I go to compare skill levels, I can't see anything. I'm the only "active" member I guess. Anyway to be ranked up?
