I've grown so much as a person during the last couple of years that I figured I'd post again.
I was also going through depression because I suffered a brain injury months before my last post so hopefully this one will be more positive.

Comments ~ I'm coming for you Noobs! So many years of letting my Clanmates explore other Clans was enough! I'm taking back everyone who left us to join another Clan one way or another whether it's through getting them back as Clan Friends / Guests or back as Returning Members. I am done losing Friends because I've lost contact with them. #NeverAgain
These words were spoken by our Founders back in 2005 becoming our clan motto and they resonate to this day.
Kids these days will never know what it felt like to have to browse the internet searching for Clan Forums and to risk getting muted sharing your email so you could talk to Clanmates on Msn Messenger because Jagex wanted to protect Players privacy. Life is good in 2016 with Clan Chats, Social Media and security tools like the RuneScape Authenticator and Email 2-Step Verification. And acknowledging this makes me feel like an old dinosaur.
But we've grown and evolved. Balancing ideas from new brains and taking into consideration the wisdom of old farts, we move forward into a new age. I'm happy we've made it this far surviving ups and downs, and I'm looking forward to the years ahead.

I appreciate you reviving this. The old and new stories from others were a nice read indeed. And ignore the other Noobs here complaining about the thread getting locked. This wouldn't be the CLF without bickering, derailing and stoopid pointless annoying messages (spam). I'm not even going to reply directly to those comments because one should not feed the trolls.

If you have a large clan don't try to do everything yourself.
It's very easy to get a mental block and end up doing nothing because you've burn yourself out thinking instead of doing. Publishing a Clan Plan and using lots of emojis to make conversations more personal has really helped us.

I think all of us here have been called a dictator from time to time. That's just being a good Leader because people aren't always right and it takes a Leader to know the difference.
Then again, I'm not as nice as Leta which is why I have a female Deputy Owner to keep me on check. How does that saying go? Happy wife, happy life? or is it Happy Female Owner, Happy Clanmates? Shout-out to all the girls that bring balance to our lives.

Hello, i been leading, living souls of rs for about 7 months, and were tier 4 citadel, 2 avatars, and currently at 65% approx towards tier 5 citadel.
I have ran another clan and we got to tier 3 citadel until players in the clan decided to go thier own way after i kicked one of there friends but due reason and they didnt understand at all. but
Now im back in living souls of rs clan, after friend became owner of the clan after previous owner left clan along with admin + ranks and whoever else left. so i came and became owner.
so ya thats my short story of clan leadership
ps i also helped ran another clan rsfamily, whos been tier 7 citadel for 2 years now i believe it is etc.
