Something smallish for today: When players purchase exactly 4 candles at once, they will be deducted from the store, but players receive a fork handle instead - to keep that joke intact it should be handed out in addition, the current way just is an annoyance
Yet another small suggestion: Allow the brine sabre special attack to be used anywhere (instead of just underwater) - it would make it identical to the brackish blade, but it wouldn't devalue it as it still remains a direct upgrade to the sabre

Remove bh worlds. I think just about everyone wants it removed.
Where would you distribute the rewards?
That and why would you remove such a recent update? The Crucible was effectively replaced by this old style BH, which was always very popular, and Deathmatch. The former uses the BH mechanics and dangerous PvP, the latter recycles the arena and rewards as well as some mechanics, but is safe.

Perhaps you're half right; perhaps we can't win. But we can fight.
On a related note, Mod Pi posted a thread about how he would like to improve BH and DM at some point. So it hasn't been forgotten, at least.

Some more love for skilling outfits: Allow the agility, cooking, firemaking, prayer and thieving brawling gloves to inherit the effects of the respective skilling set gloves (thieving works as exoskeleton and any of the elite gloves if owned). As they degrade this will not work vice versa.
Also for nerfing the comp cape: I think this cape just is supposed to be the best there is, but it has two issues: First of all Jagex isn't enforcing new requirements consequently enough (the shattered worlds abilities would be perfect examples for direct comp requirements, but they're not even featured on the trimmed one) and secondly while most individual traits are matched by other perks the offensive ones aren't (but considering the fact that the otherwise best-in-slot thing is almost 6 years old I do not wonder).
I guess a good place to start filling the gap would be the soul capes from the memory of nomad d&d: The blue one should start with a +27 to all styles bonus and scale all the way up to +43 for the golden variant. The +6 prayer bonus is fitting for all of them, but the armour could scale slightly: This way the cape would match comp in terms of offence and prayer (simply as the offensive counterpart to the superior reefwalker's cape), but is still surpassed in defence and passive effects. Would of course become a comp requirement then.
For advanced interaction I think the trimmed comp could feature a new customisation element: An icon of any minigame players have mastered (speak: completed all achievements and unlocks related to it). Otherwise the true skill mastery/MQC icons when unlocked (or other notable features). I am sure the achievement system will allow for a lot of fancy things

Snip.
Good idea on the brawling gloves.
As for the cape, the suggestion resulted from a discussion in the clan. The problem it's trying to address it that the completionist cape is intended as a sort of endgame reward for players who have done "everything" as they play the game. However, its stats make it extremely desirable, and therefore most players "go for" the cape on purpose, rather than earning it 'as you do'. And this is a serious design flaw, since there are some very hefty requirements on there; profound decorative armour (which by no means is intended as something someone going for good stats on a cape should own if they aren't a mad Castle Wars enthusiast), ARMS rank 300 (ditto), slain some insane bosses, etc.
Hence the suggestion of nerfing the cape a bit (it'd still be pretty good, in my view better than a skillcape), such that those who want the best-in-slot cape don't feel 'forced' to get it. The Nomad capes are a good idea, but may be a bit niche.

You know that all the things you've listed are for the trim only? Trimmed doesn't offer a single stat point beyond the regular comp - only golden instead of silver particles. For the regular comp you need to play one cw game on each side for both music tracks, fire one shot with the catapult and win one game for the ardougne achievements - thats it. For MA you only need to unlock the music tracks.
As of PvM you only need simple kills - yes I know some bosses are not for everybody (I for myself am also lacking a few boss kills still) - but this doesn't need to be for a cape like this. Trimmed (and certain un-related achievements) need a bit more advanced stuff (e.g. not only killing RotS, but also escape without teleporting afterwards)
As I said - it should simply combine the best traits of other capes, but not surpass it. This is why I'd suggested an offensive equivalent of the reefwalker cape (where it would come from is another thing, the soul capes only already are ingame).
