Does anybody have a link (or search tip for wiki/wikia) to find that epic concept art of this quest that the jmods have been talking about on the last q&a of reddit? :)

No, because said concept art hasn't been released yet. :P We have some "old" art for Velia*, Safalaan and Vanstrom on their respective pages though, as well as some stuff for Darkmeyer and the Arboretum. And the "promotional poll poster" for Myreque VI, which is on the wiki page.

Perhaps you're half right; perhaps we can't win. But we can fight.

I think Vanescula betraying us, Drakan surviving the battle somehow and Vamp**ium are the best options for the finale. Vamp**ium is mentioned in the decaying tome, and I find this line interesting:

With my powers gone I am weak. My fellow icyene are spread and sparse.
Vamp**ium won, and Icyenes are lost to me. I am much too weak to enter(Enter New Dominia?). I still sense it, Zamorak’s bane. It must be mine(My obstacle?).

The Icyene need me. must rest and recover.

I do not know how long I have slept, but I feel my powers rebuilt and my wounds healed.

The darkness consumes me and gives me life once more. I must regain my powers, open the gates, and recover myself. (I need to)Bring back my brothers and sisters. I will retake these lands.

Maybe whoever wrote this tome (Vanescula?) is trying to open portals to Vamp**ium and to get the true Vampyres to Morytania. Is there any speculation/theories on what the decaying tome actually means? I would love to go to Vamp**ium in the last quest, it would be a lot cooler than Drakan just surviving the battle or something like that.

I filled the gaps with some text. Imo, Vanescula didn't write it. Efaritay did. The writing doesn't have to make 100% sense, since she's weak and can't think clearly. Another option is that Vanescula is somehow Efaritay... This would also explain her relationship with Safalaan.

I also suspect Efaritay to at least have something to do with the tome. Certainly, after she submitted to my-dark-self, who knows what happened?
