I agree with this so much. I feel like if someone really wants a particular name, they'll try it. Releasing giant lists seems to me like it would not be such a great idea.

I agree too, or atleast, one week after the names has been released, they could do the list of names remaining from the first batch.

Definitely add something which prevents any account which has been created within last 30-60 days before the name was released, including members, from being able to get it so people don't just horde names again. This would make it so those who have been watching an inactive display name (which meets the criteria for release now) for 7 years can get a chance at it.

From the other-side, how would you feel if someone registered a name back in 2005-2007 and then never logged in except once every year to keep someone else from getting it? Tired of seeing spam at highly populated areas? Check out my Comprehensive Chat Filter suggestion!.

Firstly no, i'm not mad that I havent sniped a cool name because I never tried to "snipe" one

And like RSB David said... How would you like it if someone had an awesome name since like 2004 and only logged on every 6 months just so nobody else could have the name? And they didn't even play?

So shut up

Why should they get to keep their name if they don't even play when the name could make an active player happy?
