I agree only with the membership, and email, the rest is totally bias. There are a lot of players that do not skill as they as one stat pures, merchers, etc so skill requirements are not fair. The quest requirement is a joke, there are a ton of skillers that dont quest at all so thats another problem. The task requirement is a joke, just no.

Plus, For jagex to implement a system of requirments that means NO ONE without those would be able to change their name, even if the name wasnt released so that is not fair to that player, very unfair.

For example, if jagex were to do your idea I wouldnt be able to get a name, and I am a very loyal player so that is extremely unfair.

Are names beginning with numbers being made available as well, for example the name '2nd sucks' (random example), just curious as people are saying names beggining with 'A'have already deleted but in order of alphabet, numbers usually come first, so have those names beggining with numbers already been removed, as the name I had in mind begins with a number and appears to still be taken, thanks.
