I still really want to just blame you being awful at maintaining your game, but I'm still not to the point where I automatically assume everything you say is a lie (you do lie a lot though, it's destroying your reputation).

Good luck dealing with that. Out of curiosity, do you think this is the cause for the approximately 10-30 minute long 1 fps I get upon login, which then eventually fades into a more normal 12-15ish that I'm used to?

I concur. No durability loss on death while you get this sorted out. When OSRS was having server problems, you gave them more time to get back to their stuff. I want a similar benefit. Headcanon Haven, where everything is made up and the points don't matter.

It took six pages to find a post that isnt just blindly willing to swallow anything Jagex say.

Unfortunately Jagex have 'been creative with the truth' to many times for me to just accept that the issues are an attack rather than just shoddy maintentance.

Willing to bet all the children saying Jagex is lying about Ddos issues are either A. Working for the gold farmers or B, people with bad ISP's and their lagging / disconnecting for the last "10 months" has nothing to do with the Jagex servers. I personally do not have the best ISP - plan, but I haven't had these kind of DC issues until recently. Some people will always be the idiotic conspiracy tards.

I'll happily take your money on that bet.
For the past year I think I've dc'd twice, not a thing wrong with my net connection and I have the brains to pick local server/s when I play.
This game is down to pretty much just the gullible marks now, good luck with it.

And if they're NOT fixing it and are just using DDoS as the excuse?

Do you think IVP/Raine/Spectrum would be willing to throw millions of pounds of infrastructure upgrade at a game with a declining playerbase?
