Using the current exponential increase in xp required to gain additional levels should keep everyone in the game working on virtually every skill for a looooong while to come. Keep Max cape for 99 in all skills, make a new trimmed Max cape for all skills at each tier.

I think this would be well received, as it doesn't require a reset of levels, and could instantly recognize those which tens of millions of xp in their favorite skills.

Lvl 126 is 200m xp
Lvl 200 in a skill is 244b xp, I think :D

Currently most if not all 99's are pretty useless, sure you may have worked hard to get them but didn't you expect to have a little bit more benefits for that work? 120's would not be forced or something you had to do, much like dung it would be for the people who want to go above and beyond, which most of us who are maxed/comped or just like a particular skill would love. You are not required to train anything to 120 if it is released but I think 120 skills would have something for everyone, if there is not atleast a couple skills you wouldn't mind seeing some more higher lvl content for and training past 99 with new content then why do you even play? if you don't enjoy anything enough to want more of it i see no reason to play this game.

Kids/whiners or not kids/whiners is a good idea and best that this was voted over as no alteration or rigged idea was made and hoping they will NOT make a similar idea of this again just to secure the playerbase runescape style.

The People that voted yes and talk against people that voted no keep saying is a Optional Option is not about that clearly.
This not make the runescape people happy it only make you happy for voting yes.

I voted no because I feel it basically undermined the purpose of a 99 and the achievement that it is. Crondis, mightiest God of the Kharidian Desert!

Although I voted Yes, because I couldn't really see what the harm is, and that I don't really care, the results were a major victory for the players. Jagex actually took example from what they're doing with 07-Scape and asked us first if we wanted it in the game. It definitely would have made S U O M I's accomplishment worthless, allowing anyone with 1/16th his total xp to be above him on the leaderboards.
