Glad to see that the rs community and mods are just fine w rs dying via stagnation, and in fact want it to die faster (120s). Meanwhile there are 1,337 people with 200m dunge xp. Glad I canceled my membership when i did.

Feel that this is really a bit early in their RS career to be wanting all to 120. At least attempt 120 then have a think.
Anyway my thoughts, just because I think 120 in 'all skills' is not for everyone, and might put off a lot of players, but will attract the select few.
Combat Skills

I think combat should be one of the most important things in RS, as far as being able to be more powerful than others so the following :
1. All skills to 110 (38m), except for see section 2.

Understandably there is a few skills that will be a complete headache to get to 38.
Should allow faster xp content tho (here is 3 ideas for example):
New agility courses with more outfit rewards.
Higher level alters for construction, maybe a really high level herb too for burning too, and high prayer req to be able to use it.
If combat becomes higher, possibly addy, rune, and dragon dragons(haha), or brutal blues, reds, blacks.
Many more possibilities.
2. Attack, Defence, Strength, Mage, Range, Summoning, HP

All to either level 120 (104m xp) level 126 (A little short of 200m xp) or remove cap on combat max xp, allowing people to continue combat indefinitely to become stronger.
I have included summoning here, due to you will be collecting lot of charms while doing cb, and excluded prayer and kept it in the 38m category. 38m would make a huge demand for bones, and be bad enough. 104m would cause bones to go out of control for a very long time, however the pros of this is people get good cash for collecting if they want to do this.
Well i trust Mod Mark on his word, he said he will never make the other skills 120!
He also said the wild and free trade would never come back.
But OT, I the poll results didn't really affect me since I never look at highscores. But I voted no because I can see how people would be upset if their, let's say, 100 mil skill reset was suddenly equal to a 13 mil skill reset on the Prestige Highscores. I woulda voted yes if that 100 mil person would have been given like 3 prestige or prestige equal to the # number of 99's their xp incorporated.

Except for that they probably aren't going to implement 120's, and it says under your face that you renewed your membership last month.
Unlike prestige, making 120 the cap for skills IS actually forced on us if we want to keep our mastery of that skill. That would be even worse than Prestige.
