Those features are much, much, much more potent than alt1 - alt1 still requires some basic knowledge about clues in order to do them efficiently and has no real time capabilities. The OS client literally tells you where to click next and automatically updates its instructions in real time. Improvements: Tooltip / (F2P) QoL v2

Exactly.

So if something like that can be approved, ALT1 is nothing.

indeed so alt1 is nothing compared to the actual client, so how can this be even considered to be banned when alt1 still requires some knowledge on clues

Thankfully i dont see the solver be banned as like its been said, jagex supports its for osrs, so why wouldnt they for rs3?

Plus this version is by far more tame than the osrs variant so even more reason why it wont be banned.

Nah man that's a downvote.

I have ALWAYS used things like runehq and the like back in the day to do clues and puzzles. And they Do tell you what to do, this alt1 stuff just saves you time. Granted we have more complex things like the knots but still I think you're grossly exaggerating this.

Also you assert it's primary function is solving clues, but I assert it's primary functions is alerts for afking. And my assertion is empirically more validated too; "clue solver" is one function, but you will notice 'afkwarden' and 'D & D notifications' which are all alert functions. I believe there is even a mode for when u go to the toilet, I think it sends a msg or something.

I'm not bothered if ppl can finish their clues a bit faster, I don't know about you but my time is limited. I generally don't bother with clues these days but it's nice for those that do.

Also the issues with bots and macros is that you're either not there or letting the computer do the work for you. This is still you doing all the work, I don't think it's even detectable because of this lol, what are u going to do start banning ppl because they're solving the puzzles too fast? What about ppl rly good at puzzles? How are they to determine which is which lol. Should they go like "this puzzles has to at least take 500s" xD
