as a returning Carouser your application will be processed by La Patrona, who will probably not be available until the 20th of February to process your application.
In the meantime you are welcome to join the Friends Chat, "Carousers", as you are probably already aware of.

In the meantime I have updated your status to "Friend" in the FC to ensure you have priority access. This is only a temporary measure and will eventually reflect your clan status when and if you are accepted.

I'm certainly willing to readmit you as a Caped Carouser.

Keep an eye out for an Admin+ in the FC, and let them know you've been accepted for readmission to the clan. They can look here for authorisation to add you to the CC with a silver star.

The membership sweep has now been completed.

2 members were removed from the CC for failing to respond to the Sweep.
3 members were removed because they resigned.
3 members were made Revellers after notifying that they cannot currently wear their Cape.

If you have been removed from the CC:

a) You must regain your Quest Cape if you cannot currently wear it. You have four weeks in which to do this, after which you will also be removed from the FC. This may be extended if you are obviously continuing to work towards regaining your Cape.

b) You must speak to Lumine and give the reason for your failure to post in the Sweep thread during the period of the Sweep. If you do not do this within four weeks, you will be removed from the FC.

If your reason for not posting is accepted as being unavoidable and unexpected, you will retain your one 'free' instance of sweeping.

A person who is swept a second time without an unavoidable and unexpected reason will be removed from the FC, and will not be readmitted to the clan either now or later.
