All I know is reading about some clan leaders and clans struggles makes me want to try to do something to help. I feel the same,
Another tactic of mine that sometimes works is personalizing the bully. That means asking them questions about themselves and showing an interest in them as a person, redirecting the reason for your acknowledgement, instead of giving them attention directly about their negative behavior. It's like dog training, you have to follow up good or bad behavior immediately with a response that'll trigger a change of topic.
For example, when my dog is barking, yelling at him "No. Bad dog." is ineffective; instead, distracting him with a squeaky toy and running away with it reminds him of his playful nature and not his "Wow gotta defend the home base from dat trash truck yo" mentality.
Analogous to that, one time someone was being kind of a dick when he was needlessly ranting about a teacher, so I asked him which class he liked the most, or "found most tolerable" haha. He told me about history, but that his AP teacher for that class has a pass rate of only 30% for the Advanced Placement standardized test. So I talked about how school is hard work but a lot of people don't like to admit that, and about independent motivation, and how there exist people who don't even have AP specific classes but still pass the AP exam nonetheless. His e-face instantly softened and he took an interest in my academics and what I did (tbh was surprised it was so interesting), so I hope I inspired him somewhat.

Lisaa
, woah I've never heard of mercenary groups. I'm glad that some of them have some pretty strong ethics, such as the one you guys hired in the past. As

was suggesting, I personally wouldn't mind being a clan "mercenary" and I'd do it pro bono, since I'm not looking to make a profit out of this situation.
