Playtime (Approx): crashes immediate
At the time of the crash I was: I belive at the time I was renewing my sub. I'd log in after buying keys and the game would crash. Nothing out of the ordinary.
Can it be reproduced?: yes it can it happens every time now that I log in. It's been happening for about a week now and still can't play. I've cleared cache. Gotten moderator help by moving the character to lumbering and at first it seemed that would work but it then crashed immediately after again.

Game will not run on mobile data everytime it is opened it begins to load, loads for 1 second and crashes. This has been going on forcat least a month.

Can it be reproduced?: Yes. Every time I try to get on
I had this issue with another phone I had a little while back, where the app would crash when I opened my bank or moved around too much. But now I can't even get past the lobby without the game crashing.

Playtime (Approx): first time an hour , afterward's tests 1 minute
At the time of the crash I was: Trying to escape Karspac's anachronia lab in Desperate Measures, at exactly 1:46 left on timer when the first rocks fall.
Can it be reproduced?: Yes, I tried many times over my ttroubleshooting.

Troubleshooting(with a test between all steps): put performance to minimal, restarted phone, cleared app cache, cleared app data.

At the time of the crash I was: Teleporting, every time I teleport or go through a door that has a load screen it crashes. It does not matter how long the game was playing it happens every time. Now it freezes in the login loading screen and I can't even log in anymore. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting my device, clearing cache, nothing helped. Also, this has now been going on for four days.
Can it be reproduced?: Yes

At the time of the crash I was: teleporting
Can it be reproduced?: yes, it happens every time I teleport. I was able to teleport successfully once after the update, but it is still crashing every time I teleport. The screen turns black but I can still hear the game noises like the game is still working. Sometimes when i click around on the black screen it moves my character to where I pressed even though the screen is black.

At the time of the crash I was: Doing a quest and everytime I tryed to teleport the game would crash. Ive tryed reinstalling, clearing cache, restarting phone but nothing is working.
