At the time of the crash I was: spawning in wars retreat
Can it be reproduced?: yes, it crashes and freezes every time I log in. I am unable to play on mobile at the moment. Tried clearing cache and data. Tried Uninstalling and reinstalling. No change.

At the time of the crash I was: not a crash but I have been playing the mobile app for months and in the past 2 weeks the app refuses to download the current update. Is there anything I can do to fix this soon, and second will I be able to play the official app after its released?

Founders rewards tab missing.

Hardware - Samsung S9 (also attempted some emulators but it won't install on any)

The mobile founders pages does not appear for me on mobile (home, shopping cart, then shows overview and events not the 3rd tab where I can collect my rewards).

If there a fix for this i have been using the mobile version on and off for awhile but I cannot collect the rewards for doing so is there a fix or am I out of luck?

Same here. I reported issues within the Mobile Founders tab

So I wasn't able to collect the rewards when it existed and now it is completely GONE.
I logged in on a free account and got the message in chat that it received the Radiant Dawn armour, Steel Panther pet and Immobile Rest animation. And the Mobile Founders tab was gone on that account also.
Isn't is funny (
NOT
) how in the latest Game News and Patch Notes they mention NONE of this. Along with the nerf on Luminous Alchemist amulet where they did an update, messed up the original setting for alchs and the "fix" changed the alchs from 20 to 10. That should have been in Patch Notes as people reported it when they noticed it was broken. They just keep promoting the release of Mobile but haven't mentioned the current issues that still haven't been addressed.
Jagex, please TELL us you are even aware we have reported these problems!

At the time of the crash I was: loading game off wifi
Can it be reproduced?: yes, it happens every time I try to load game while off wifi I tried turning off and on uninstalling reinstalling and looking for a setting.

Playtime (Approx): over 1700 total hours between devices.
At the time of the crash I was:Asleep. happens every now and then but now 3 days I could make a new acc with Google etc, but cannot log in with my existing accounts..via username email.
Can it be reproduced?: Reoccurring now since release much more than ever. Lost lots of game time of claim to no internet connection. Have used multiple devices ranging from Samsung Galaxy S8 S8 plus ROG phone 5 etc. Can make a new account it appears so I do clearly have internet connection. Here to play and learn. Report issues, maybe get a job?

At the time of the crash I was: it varries sometimes im in bank other times im just walking around last crash I was at player owned house.
Can it be reproduced?: Yes i also have gesters on, however none of my other app respond in this way.

At the time of the crash I was: waiting for that app to open annoyed of seeing nomad now

Can it be reproduced?: yes every time I open the app it starts to load then instantly minimizes to background on mobile data, on Wi-Fi it works fine. I've tried to trick it started on Wi-Fi then turned Wi-Fi off and it worked fine on my mobile data while I was logged in the app won't load when I'm on mobile data. also was happening during its beta ended.
