What is the issue?: Did nomad's Elegy quest was ment to unlock music tracks here during the quest but it didn't unlock.(Completed the quest and can't see or know how to unlock it either after the quest). Music tracks are as followed that have to be unlocked: Construction Destruction, Deconstruct and Reconstruct.
Where is the issue?: Idk i need the music for Achievement but can't unlock it after quest.
Does restarting the client fix the issue?: No

Playtime (Approx): Crash happens at different time points. Varies from 0 seconds (crash at login screen) to 20 mins.
At the time of the crash I was: Doing the beach event. I have also tried less populated worlds, there was no difference.
Can it be reproduced?: Yes

It would really be great if this can be fixed..

Has there been any update on this? I had to send in my tablet for repair and, it got me thinking about this again even though it's been like a good 3+ months since I tried to do anything on the game while still paying for it. R.I.P. Decided to smelt a few thing while I was here.

At the time of the crash I was: It wasn't a crash, but an error to reload the app. I have cleared cache and data to no avail. Temoved app and reinstalled, issue still persists. "Runescape has been updated! Please restart the app to retry."
Can it be reproduced?: I suppose

At the time of the crash I was: actually I just wanted to know if I could get the RuneScape time to show on my mobile device please?
Can it be reproduced?: yes every time I log in and I can*t seem to find anything in the settings to help.

At the time of the crash I was: crashes nearly every time I use lodestone teleports. Crashes when I talk to many npcs, ie Diango in Priff, guy in burthorpe giving out raffle tickets. Frequent other crashes. Easily 30+/day.
Freezes every time I try to enter citadel.
Can it be reproduced?:yes

Not really a crash. But it's an issue with a quest on mobile. The quest 'the void stares back' when you go to do the puzzle, it can't be completed, if you click on any of the blocks for the puzzle, it can sometimes freeze the block in place, not letting you ever select that block again. But if you do manage to reset it enough times and get every block right with 1 click. The confirm button dissapears. You can't progress in the quest.

It was already frustrating trying to get the puzzle blocks in the right spots, so I thought once I had them filled out the confirm button would come back. But it never did. I'd suggest changing it to a drag and drop option for the puzzle so mobile puzzle solving is much easier. And I have no solution for the confirm button disappearing.

I have had this problem now for few months. Whenever I click on the application it immediately crashes and I am unable to play on it. Some other people have had the same issue on google play reviews.
