Playtime (Approx): After Lobby/World Select (less than 1 minute)
At the time of the issue I was: Loading into world 49.
Can it be reproduced?: Not on purpose, but reset didn't solve issue this time.

Not a crash, but when I log in to any world there is like no light. It is very dark. It happened before and a restart of the app fixed it but this time it didn't work. All other screens (treasure Hunter chests, bank, get, etc) show up as normal just not the main game.

Playtime (Approx): 1 - 10 seconds (can sometimes be slightly prolonged if spam walking)
At the time of the crash I was: in ardougne, pof. Falador lode to mole. Canifis lode.
Can it be reproduced?: yes. Every time after entering the game, the game will crash within 10~ seconds. If opening interfaces, e.g. skill guides, the game will stay open, indefinitely, however after closing it, the game will freeze or crash.

At the time of the crash I was: trying to access my bank I open my bank and the game freezes for a moment them crashes after I enter my bank pin

At the time of the crash I was: clicking the button that says "Play Minergoo". It shows the loading screen and then crashes. Although if I press the "Play Minergoo" button a second time after crashing and relaunching the app, it works fine and I am able to log in.
Can it be reproduced?: Yes. This happens every time I try to play.

Can it be reproduced?:yes. Every time I try to open my bank, the app crashes. It happens when the graphics of the bank tries to open, right after entering my bank pin. Clearing the cache and reinstalling the app didn't solve the problems No regrets, No unfulfilled dreams

At the time of the crash I was: trying to start up the app, immediately it gave the game client error. I tried to update the app but my phone isn't compatible anymore.
Can it be reproduced?: Sure!

What is the issue?: keypad comes up while training agility and doesn't go away until i back out
Where is the issue?: so far i have only trained on the elf course in prif
Does restarting the client fix the issue?: no

It's been 2 days now, I wrote you an email, went onto Twitter with no success....2 days ago I bought 5 bonds they came trough just fine...then later that day I bought 1 more and it has not appeared in my inventory or bond pouch.....I tried your find my bond and it did not work it is not on my old-school account, I have proof of purchase if needed and I checked my bank statement and it shows that the money has went trough. I bought the bonds trough Google play....I just want my freaking bond 😴😴 stuff like this is so off putting from the game especially when you try to solve it but hey 0 reply...
