When I attempt to continue progress in Evil Dave's Big Day Out I talk to Evil Dave in his basement, upon transforming into Evil Dave RS3 crashes 100% of the time. Have reduced graphics settings, restarted phone****-installed the app. Has happened >20 times, never have I been able to play this quest on my mobile device

While playing I experience crashes but now cannot even login (since mid february), when I hit the 'login with username/email' button, it takes me to cookie policy where there is no button to do anything except hit the back button where it tells me I haven't put a username in, happened 3 times now. I'll try uninstalling and try again, anyone else with this issue?

Edit: uninstalling and reinstalling did not fix, the 'sign in with username ' button takes me to cookie policy.

This has been like this for over a month now!!
I posted in the feedback forum, had no luck so guessed it was wrong place, but seriously, having no feedback on this after a month, cmon guys...pleeease help!

My gameplay is very, very dark. Almost black. I've tried changing multiple settings and uninstalling the app, but it still returns to be a a dark gameplay.
Can it be reproduced?: Happens every time I log in, so yes.

Playtime (Approx): Time of the crash - roughly 30 minutes into play. I have been playing without issue all week.

At the time of the crash I was: In the Artisan Workshop smithing. I just reached level 60 smithing, noticed my free keys. I recieved ×4 (I believe) cooking XP lamps and ×2 blacksmiths outfit pieces. I was excited to get the blacksmith's outfit as respect was slow and I didn't know they were available from the chests. I believe, however, I only got one piece - the helmet/welding mask- along with 400 oddments. The moment I put the helmet on, the game crashed. Now, any time I log into RS mobile the game crashes. I have cleared the cache and I have deleted and reinstalled. I am still unable to even play the game.

Can it be reproduced?: Everytime I log in.

At first when I logged into the game the screen was super high contrast and very bright and then would crash. Sometimes I would wait a minute to let the cache load up all the way and it would work. A couple of weeks ago after an update on my phone which was on March 27th, I could no longer login to my account on rs3 mobile. I could log in on my older samsung phone but not on this new one. I open up the game and just get the loading screen with the yellow bar and it never moves past that. Frustrated because there is a mobile key deal that I would like to purchase that I cannot purchase on PC, logging in on my PC is fine.

1) Client crashing on all graphics settings the highest in most cases. In some cases even on
lowestt set.

2) Client sound is way too high in the first 1 second after tab change example:
changing tab from browser to Runescape Mobile while smithing using anvil.
(Dangerous for a sound system of my device and health). No matter of headphones or
Speakers!)

3) Generally game is lagging no matter of internet connection speed (around 50-80GB here +
5G), on max graphics set. Naturist, antiglobalist, anticovid knowledge activist. Prime and young girl as a god believer. Same as air, sun, earth, wild animals, water, fire, anything natural related to non- human-inguerence universe. There is nothing besides nature. Human developed politics, laws, religion and jobs'to trick.

Can it be reproduced?: Yes. Every time I press Sign in -> Email/username, the game crashes.
I've tried clearing the cache, reinstalling the app and all other options, but none work.
Logging in with a gmail account works, but that'll only log me in on a new account on f2p, which is obviously not what I tried to do. But the app itself works, so it must be a server/connection/database issue somewhere.
