Doesnt allow me to download app, even if i pass requirements that game require. Says "device is not compatible with this app"

Can it be reproduced?:Yes. I can get in the lobby, but cant log in the game. Sometimes I get a black screen, tthen it kicks me off to my mobilescreen. When I reload, I get a message to log in or log out. When I log in, it all start over again.

My device was compatible with the launch version of closed Beta RuneScape Mobile, but some update that happened a few months after made my device no longer compatible. My mobile is 64 bit and as stated above has Android 8.0. Contacted the email and was told to report on the forums, sorry if this is the wrong place.

Hi Jagex Team

I am currently having issues downloading the Runescape Mobile software on my tablet. I know the compatibility needs to be 6.0 or higher which I am running 7.0. I would like to know if there is anything I can do in order to get the download to be able to play. I would greatly appreciate any feedback possible so I can get into the mobile gameplay. When training combat I dont receive any xp other than constitution no matter what attack style is selected. When on laptop everything works fine.

At the time of the crash I was: Downloaded the beta from the play store , opened the app , Static black screen , after a minute or so RS music loads , waited about an hour still black screen , tried removing it and reinstalling , noting seems to work.

At the time of the crash I was: Trying to open app to play. When opening the screen goes to black for ~5 seconds before closing. Not able to login or see a loading screen.
Can it be reproduced?: Everytime. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but the same issue.

Bluetooth mouse support. Is there any way we could possibly get mouse support in the future? My Bluetooth mouse works for other apps and I believe it would make mobile insane!!!!!

Hello there, my name is Brandon and have been a loyal player for around 12 years. Recently, I have been working on a skiller on RS3(Skuoiy - skippybrando@hotmail.***) and was well on my way to 99 mining. I saw the RS3 mobile app had come out and i was super pumped! I downloaded it 2 days ago and spent the past 2 days afk mining banite in the wildy while at work(don't tell my boss). I logged in at home yesterday to continue the mine grind while I played some other games. I bought $20 worth of keys for some bonus XP and headed back to the wildy. An hour later my account crashed and on relog was given the notification that my account had been banned for major macroing. I was confused and devastated. I'm afraid there is an issue between the app and the bot detection system. I can't even appeal this wrongful ban which upsets me the most. I don't know if I will return to Runescape after this. It has been my childhood game and I feel like I've been cheated out of the money I've spent on this account and all my time and effort. I've never cheated before. Ever. I don't know if you can help me or not, but everything was fine until i spent 2 days afking on the app. Thought I'd let you know.
