All the time game crashes in dungeounnering, medium and large runs. Can't make it through a full medium or large without at least 2 crashes

At the time of the crash I was:
I had problems trying to figure out why I had been crashing upon entering the game since last week of this post. I refreshed the Runescape app and Force Stopped the application manually thru settings and even turned off my phone for awhile, It actually worked.
However, the crash still persists as I finally figured out what had been crashing my game:
If I select the Equipment icon, and the equipment slots loads, It will crash the game
Can it be reproduced?: Yes

At the time of the crash I was: system didnt crash but i cant find hp pray or summ points at all, has been like this since like 2nd month of me having beta

At the time of the crash I was: attempting the tzarr fight cave and the game will become unresponsive then seconds later the client will force log me out.

Open lodestone network interface and logout interface at same time causes a black screen. Have to tap logout interface button as lodestone interface opens I believe

At the time of the crash I was: entering Player Owned Farms.
Can it be reproduced?: Yes

Every time I enter PoF on my mobile I crash, tested with minimum settings. The crash happens at the same time the message of "your farm is in <season>" and the produced eggs messages should appear. Basically when the animals load in. I had Spiders and Dragons only in my farm at the time. Loading back up I appear in the farm fine, it is only when entering the farm it crashes.

Playtime (Approx): randomly from 10 seconds to about 5 minutes
At the time of the crash I was: It crashes no matter what I'm doing. It happens often.

Playtime (Approx): Varies, happens most times after logging in last time it took about a minute
At the time of the crash I was: clicked on teleport to the strombreaker event, also when switching apps to the authenticator or looking something up in the wiki when you go back afyer 15 seconds or so, the characters freeze and just sits there forcing me to close the app
Can it be reproduced?: Not sure it randomly crashes but the screen freezing is reproducible

At the time of the crash I was: just trying to load up the world and it black screens and crashes to. for some reason i have better luck with higher settings which is weird? gets further into loading with the recommended setting than me dropping them all!? doesn't even load my character. understand this is beta! thanks guys for allowing me to play on the go!
Can it be reproduced?:believe so if he have my phone, i meet the requirements barley. also was playing the other night on my phone near the 4 magic trees by the hero's guild worked fine tried the next day crashes..? was in the same spot, nothing changed.
once again thank you guys keep up the good work! all in do time.
