Game will constantly crash when trying to be in CA using portables did it on 2 of the same phone

At the time of the crash I was: not an app crash but I get force logged out. Not to the lobby but back to log in screen. This has happened when doing all different things most recently when slaying vinecrawlers. Generally within 15 mins of gameplay
Can it be reproduced?: I think so

At the time of the crash I was: trying to log in. Game keeps crashing at the loading screen after I pick world to play or shortly after I log in.

At the time of the crash I was: This appears to happen whenever in the Runespan. When opening the inventory (backpack) my game crashes whenever i have runes in there. I've noticed that this doesn't happen with my banked runes, only the ones i get from the runespan. However, it appears that some other items will trigger this as well and in different locations, although I haven't isolated the specific items that cause it.

Edit: this appears to happen with any item with a certain level of icon detail in significant quantities. For example: sharks, uncut gems, ores, noted items I can have a full inventory of and not have any issues opening my backpack.
If I put a handful of prayer urns, the Charming Imp, Gem bag, or stuff like that, it will not load the icons, then crash when trying to open my inventory.
Happens with the equipment menu as well, depending on what sort of items and how many I have equipped.
Note that the bank loads just fine, possibly because the backpack and equipment use semi-transparent backgrounds?

At the time of the crash I was: Trying to log in. My character is located in Taverly dungeon at the blue dragons. However, yesterday I had zero issues here. Now it wont log in at all without the mobile client crashing. I am connected to wifi while playing and the graphic settings are already adjusted to the lowest possible.

Can it be reproduced?: Yes

EDIT:
This may be worth noting for the developers;
After logging in on the desktop and teleporting out of the zone, log out, then logging back in on mobile and running back to the taverly dungeon, I am now in the Taverly dungeon at the blue dragons with no current issues.

After doing all of the above...
As a test (on mobile), I logged out, exited the mobile app, and re-logged in on the mobile app to see if it would crash, and has not crashed. "

At the time of the crash I was: Killing dragons in Taverly dungeon everything going smooth, until I went to check how many bolts I have left in my quiver slot and when opening the equipped tab game crashed.

At the time of the crash I was: standing in GE. i got the message that my item i was buying form the GE was finished buying. So i opened the G.E. and cinderbane gloves was finished buying. So when I opeend the slot and wanted to take it out suddently they dissapeard. I lost the item and never saw them back again. Tried to log out and log in couldent see the items.

At the time of the crash I was: Killing blue dragons in Taverly dungeon, saw someone wasn't picking up their bones and went to pick them up with area loot. (I'm using bonecrusher, so I wasn't previously picking up dropped loot during this gameplay session). Once I clicked on the bones in the loot inventory to loot them, a crash immediately followed.

A few extra details for the developers
- I had area loot set to 'on' and have loot inventory set to 'on' at the time of the crash. I have only recently enabled these settings and was previously just using the regular, click to pick up off the ground.

After re-logging in after this specific crash I turned off area loot and loot inventory. I did a little test and looted some bones off the ground, success - no crash.
