Hey I have a Samsung galaxy s10+ and the game won't go past its first loading screen I've tried reinstalling restarting phone and app including forcestopping it also tried letting it load for 30+ minutes but the bar stays stuck at 1/4th at all times

At the time of the crash I was: After entering the ring to get sent to an instance for Cabbage Facepunch Bonanza, it does all the usually attempts to send me, screen goes black and then changes to the log in screen.
Can it be reproduced?: Yes, every time - I have only been able to enter one game, there after the game crashes and sends me to the rs login screen

At time of crash I was: trying to update the game. The Play Store page shows an update button but when trying to update it returns "Error retrieving information from the server. [DF-BA-AH-01]." Restarted the phone, then tried reinstalling the app, and now I cant reinstall because "The early access program is currently full." Please help!

At the time of the crash I was: No Crash.
I have been having an issue when logging in every so often the world will be dark i have to log out close the app and restart and sometimes this will fix the issue. If I teleport or walk far enough the brightness will come back but if I go back to the town or location it will return to darkness.



Can it be reproduced?:yes

I have the original email from October of 2017 with my invite to the beta. Unfortunately the app stopped working for me a couple weeks in and when I went to download it. I was outside of the window, I couldn't really figure out how to get in contact with you all and tried a couple different ways. This is my renewed efforts... Is there anyway my Beta tester status can be renewed. I have a new phone and would love to participate and give feedback

At the time of the crash I was: Mining banite north east of rellekka, opened meta geode game freezes doesn't allow me to click arrow to progress. Tried this twice did it both times had to restart app.

At the time of the crash I was:
When I log in and I'm inside of runespan with my inventory open it crashes. I can see everthing load in, but as my inventory loads, it crashes. If I close my invertory in time it doesn't crash and if I open it again after some time it doesn't crash but I'm not sure if the last thing is consistent.
Can it be reproduced?: Yes (I've tried it multiple times)
