Been playing mobile now for about a week and a half, and besides minor bug issues, have never really ran into a problem up until now. I just activated a membership for one month, and it seems that the membership was activated for a separate account AKA a brand new account instead of My Level 87. I only noticed this change, when I kept refreshing my account status after I paid the membership, and it said currentnlynon- remember. But then when I have logged out and then signed in without linking to Google, and signing in manually with just my email and password, then I was taken to the new account status page, where it said recurring membership,. Now it seems that there are two accounts, and the brand new account had been registered for membership, however the email associated with this account, just so happens to be my email that's linked to my Google account withmy lvl 87.t. So I'm sure that there wasn't a technical issue processing the payment, but a problem with something else. And not exactly sure where else to post this issue, and it currently I'm getting an error message while trying to report this problem through "contact us".

So in short, it seems that when I bought a membership, there was a technical issue that created a brand new account, for this membership, even though it has the exact same email username, and password as the account that I've been playing on for the past week and a half. What's interesting though is that if I login, linking my Google account, it still says that I'm not a member, and I can log into my main account that I've been playing on. Whereas if I log out, and manually sign in with my email address and password then it will go to the new tutorial.

For the past 12 hours the game takes at least 15 minutes to log in, will run with lag for approximately 2 or 4 minutes and then crash.
I have tried clearing cache and app data, reinstalled the app, set all graphics to the lowest possible settings. Nothing helped.

At the time of the crash I was: logging in
Can it be reproduced?: yes, every time I try and log in it will start to render the world but then immediately crash. I've tried clearing cache and data, Uninstalling and redownloading, updating phone, and clearing phone's cache. Can access Treasure Hunter from lobby, but when leaving into world it will crash. Have tried performance and power saver settings with no change.

Please help I can't sign in to any world on either on the games, the forums aren't any help. It's not a connectivity issue

Started thinking that runescape mobile is dead... many crashes nothing fixed nothing done... it amazes me that there are quite a few complex mobile games that do not have this issue. I give up on runescape... again....

Game crashes/freezes every few minutes. Sometimes within 30 seconds of login, but always withing 5 or so minutes or game play no matter what I'm doing or what world I'm on. Already tried clearing my cache and data, and reinstalling the app. Works perfectly on my older Note9.

Can it be reproduced? Yes, every time I try to play it has the same result.

Problem roughly copied from the user RUNEARCHERMG, since its the same:

Game crashes/freezes every few minutes. Sometimes within 30 seconds of login, but always withing 5 or so minutes or game play no matter what I'm doing or what world I'm on. Android won't say that Runescape has stopped working. Only way to get the phone working again is to hold an icon in the quick menu bar, to head to the menu. From there, middle button (taskmanager) to close Runescape.

At the time of the crash I was: Skilling in the Arc
Can it be reproduced?: Yes, just play for a bit and the game crashes again.

o whom it may concern,

I am an avid mobile user (who actually solely uses mobile for the purpose of playing RS3).

I have recently been questing and started The Void Stars Back - I have encountered a bug in one of the puzzles halfway through the quest or so that is preventing me from progressing further.

It is the point after opening the second door, where you interact with the panel on the right hand side. The puzzle is in a jigsaw format, where you tap the pieces and tap the empty slots on the board to occupy them - however, on mobile the UI is misaligned and some pieces cannot be assigned to the slots.

Can this please be fixed ASAP as it is kind of ruining the experience being prevented from being able to complete this quest

Most of the time I crash upon loading into the game. Wasn't this way until I updated the game. I can play sometimes. I have tried various things such as clearing cache, reinstall and letting game fully download the needed files as well letting the cache fully load.
