Been playing mobile now for about a week and a half, and besides minor bug issues, have never really ran into a problem up until now. I just activated a membership for one month, and it seems that the membership was activated for a separate account AKA a brand new account instead of My Level 87. I only noticed this change, when I kept refreshing my account status after I paid the membership, and it said currentnlynon- remember. But then when I have logged out and then signed in without linking to Google, and signing in manually with just my email and password, then I was taken to the new account status page, where it said recurring membership,. Now it seems that there are two accounts, and the brand new account had been registered for membership, however the email associated with this account, just so happens to be my email that's linked to my Google account withmy lvl 87.t. So I'm sure that there wasn't a technical issue processing the payment, but a problem with something else. And not exactly sure where else to post this issue, and it currently I'm getting an error message while trying to report this problem through "contact us".
So in short, it seems that when I bought a membership, there was a technical issue that created a brand new account, for this membership, even though it has the exact same email username, and password as the account that I've been playing on for the past week and a half. What's interesting though is that if I login, linking my Google account, it still says that I'm not a member, and I can log into my main account that I've been playing on. Whereas if I log out, and manually sign in with my email address and password then it will go to the new tutorial.
