So I've been experiencing this problem with teleporting using loadstanes and even just trying to stay logged into the game for some reason I am able to be logged in for about 3 minutes and then I get kicked off logged out and booted back to my home screen on my phone. I am currently on my wifi that is the best of the best sort of deal with xfinity Comcast and I am running runescape 3 on mobile device with is my Samsung galaxy s20 5g phone things great just don't understand what's going on here I've done all the lil tricks to try and fix whatever this problem is on my end but yet I'm still experiencing this problem and now because of this I haven't been able to play at all for over a couple weeks now and feel like I've lost my membership time because of this all. I hope this can help you figure this out asap or alteast hear back from someone DMAC

Just a heads up, I have found that since the last game update (not mobile client update) the Android client freezes after about 5 minutes of play and needs to be force closed as it doesn't recover.

I am using a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra (Exynos 2100) running the latest Android 11 available for my phone.

Playtime (Approx): Up to now total: 28 hours

At the time of the crash I was: Multiple: Accessing bank, accessing skills menu, accessing quest logs. Any of the larger menu items seem to cause a crash.

Can it be reproduced?: Yes, it is intermittent but it does continue to happen.
Trust no one, believe everything.

A little update for you Jmods. Thank you for focusing on the app a little more, unfortunately it is clear the real issues have not been resolved.

The homescreen looks great but looks are pretty pointless if you cant stay logged in. It seems to come and go and is heavily reliant on the servers. Hage you perhaps considered adding a world just for mobile players? This might be a good idea.

Opening the bank origionally is also an issue even on the lower settings.
Skilling pop ups i.e opening the portable interface also seems to on occasion cause logouts.

There is a bug for sure and it needs immediate fixing. I for one do nkt have the ability to play on any other platform currently and so am heavily reliant on these bugs being fixed.

If i place a portable down it 9/10 times is a waste of my gp due to it forcing log out. I cannot train certain skills properly because again forced log out.

Feel free to message me and find out all of the other issues and bugs i have discovered using mobile. I am very active due to hospitalisation and runescape is my sanity in this dark time.

The main log in page also needs friend/clan chat back also. Not a good move that one.

At the time of the crash I was: No crash. Bug is no numbers on stackable items. I have scores/hundreds/thousands of an item (runes/tickets/logs etc) but no numbers on them. Extremely frustrating, please fix
Can it be reproduced?: Yes, just start the app and get into game, every time the same issue

Playtime (Approx): I could used to hop into the game and, smelt cannonballs because I want to work towards 99 but now, it crashes as soon as I click on "Play Now". Bought the tablet brand new from the shop on the 13th.
At the time of the crash I was:Nothing. Can't log into the world on this device anymore.
Can it be reproduced?: without question.

Been playing mobile now for about a week and a half, and besides minor bug issues, have never really ran into a problem up until now. I just activated a membership for one month, and it seems that the membership was activated for a separate account AKA a brand new account instead of My Level 87. I only noticed this change, when I kept refreshing my account status after I paid the membership, and it said currentnlynon- remember. But then when I have logged out and then signed in without linking to Google, and signing in manually with just my email and password, then I was taken to the new account status page, where it said recurring membership,. Now it seems that there are two accounts, and the brand new account had been registered for membership, however the email associated with this account, just so happens to be my email that's linked to my Google account withmy lvl 87.t. So I'm sure that there wasn't a technical issue processing the payment, but a problem with something else. And not exactly sure where else to post this issue, and it currently I'm getting an error message while trying to report this problem through "contact us".

So in short, it seems that when I bought a membership, there was a technical issue that created a brand new account, for this membership, even though it has the exact same email username, and password as the account that I've been playing on for the past week and a half. What's interesting though is that if I login, linking my Google account, it still says that I'm not a member, and I can log into my main account that I've been playing on. Whereas if I log out, and manually sign in with my email address and password then it will go to the new tutorial.
