Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 - Tmobile

Scaling was definitely affected this past update.

before: App ran full screen with the UI placement staying to the left or right of the Pinhole Camera Cut out depending on the way the device is flipped. Sizing was appropriate and working correctly.

After update: it seems that the UI is now utilizing the space above the camera cutout and isn't bound by the camera cutout. which seems good, however, the scaling is supersized and several of the X buttons are unreachable and the Settings UI is cut off on both sides. while the in game UI (map, Backpack, Buttons, are all oversized and take up the majority of the screen.

whatever it was before the update was perfectly fine for the exception of the UI being constrained to be adjacent to the camera cut out and not above or below and within the vertical range of the cut out.

Please Fix! thank you!

seems like there is more pixilation this time around too. not sure if its just me but it looks like graphics took a hit

New update: allowed me to get past loading screen, able to log into lobby. Select world but crashes upon entering game. Not sure I understand why this issue is still happening. ? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I havent been able to change my attack style since day one of the launch i click what i want and it ALWAYS jumps to something else i literally have to log into pc change my attack then i can get the xp i want and it happens every single time soooooo annoying. Secondly this has only happened recently but now i cant even change which one of my action bars is the revolution bar which i could do no problem before ill click action bar 1 scroll up ans guess what its changed into a completely random one

Can it be reproduced?: Happens frequently sind 3days, that game stucks while Slaying -costing me a lot of deaths
/ I always have a "black flickering" over the whole screen when logging in

At the time of the crash I was: Trying to board the ship to carne isle for dragon slayer quest
Can it be reproduced?: yes, on many occasions.

I am aware the tablet version is still very much a pipedream and there are some very major issues still to be fixed. The game client continues to log me off during many varied situations. CUT SCENES ARE A KILLER - all cutscenes force my client to close and log me off.
OPENING THE BANK- in busy worlds this is more of an issue than in quieter ones again forcing close and log off.
TRAINING SMITHING OR SUMMONING- also forced log off after 1-2 inventory loads.
CLUE SCROLL TREASURE MAPS- these maps do not all load. The dig spot in yanille behind the smith is one of the bigger culprites of this and again forces log off.

I continue to play regardless despite these issues 9/10 activities work quite well but i struggle to do any quests. I have tried all suggestion options within your tech support system and unfortunately do not have a mobile phone i can use to play currently leaving tablet my only option to play.

I hope these help as i love this game and being a newer player i can see other less addicted players being less likely to stick around with such a great game. Thank you.

Playtime (Approx):load screen comes up then crashes. Have re downloaded cleared everything I have done every option that the support team has given and still not working. Osrs will load and play just fine its just RS3 thats not working.

At the time of the crash I was: entering dungoneering castle
Can it be reproduced?: yes.

This has been 3 days ever since I entered to do dungeoneering, the app has been crashing, let me log in and start game but immediately freeze loading up, then crash, or just freezes ay the loading screen and doesn't go beyond this.

Have reinstalled 3 times and cleared everything I can.

So I've been experiencing this problem with teleporting using loadstanes and even just trying to stay logged into the game for some reason I am able to be logged in for about 3 minutes and then I get kicked off logged out and booted back to my home screen on my phone. I am currently on my wifi that is the best of the best sort of deal with xfinity Comcast and I am running runescape 3 on mobile device with is my Samsung galaxy s20 5g phone things great just don't understand what's going on here I've done all the lil tricks to try and fix whatever this problem is on my end but yet I'm still experiencing this problem and now because of this I haven't been able to play at all for over a couple weeks now and feel like I've lost my membership time because of this all. I hope this can help you figure this out asap or alteast hear back from someone DMAC
