Letters, where they are words, are generally considered words :)

I'd like to say; that concept art looks very very nice, good job!

I've entered my story, along with a lengthy explanation of the references and narrative that should hopefully increase appreciation for the submission. :P This is fine, right? The actual entry itself should be clearly marked, I think.

Submissions should be 250 words or less. Adding multiple 250's together to make a chaptered text would not be accepted, no. I made two submissions. They are journals from two different perspectives on the same thing. My first submission can be used completely by itself because that is the main one, the second needs to be used with the first one. So it is not needed if you like the first and not the second. Hope that is ok. I want
