Ah, more of Jagex being Jagex.

I'm convinced they just have massive office parties and drink as much as they can and hold a competition on who can come up with the WORST ideas for the game.

What's next Jagex, take away free trade? Add EOC? Take away the wildy?

Nice no poll, and your cocky answer of "we didn't poll it because it might fail" is the exact reason you guys are trash. The point of the POLL is to get the PLAYER's opinions on changes. By purposely avoiding the poll to avoid it failing shows that the players don't want these changes and you know it.

If you guys want to ruin a game, go join the RS3 dev teams.

We players are the reason you guys have jobs, and your promise when OS was made is that we would always have a say. You've effectively lost the trust of a lot of people strictly by avoiding the poll.

I'm less upset about the changes themselves as I am that you guys refused to poll it and gave that lame answer as the reason. How RS is still alive is beyond me, because you guys are hell-bent on destroying it, piece by piece.

Why don't you play rs3 if you want diversity of weapons? This is oldschool for a reason.

BP, as much as I love it, it's not reasonable to have a weapon as cheap as BP best or second best at many places. Value of higher tier weapons will go up tremendously and therefore content that gives those out will be more valuable. Fact that twohanded weapon is better at dragons and other situations is your fault tbh.

All in all, I vote yes on this1 and I wanna tell other scapers, just cause you disagree with somethin doesn't mean that half of the players are gonna leave if this gets implemented...

what are you talking about? dhcb is better than toxic. dhcb and tbow are already too expensive for most normal gamers (by normal I mean they didnt buy their account, or its not their job)

Imagine being a brand new player and theres no midgame whatsoever with this update.... Name what is midgame if this update goes through

will the tzhaar-ket-em (obby mace) be getting a similar boost and tick reduction? it is a mace and you discussed bronze-rune and dragon but didn't mention it.

secondly, will the granite hammer have similar boosts to the rune Warhammer and have its attack requirement removed? as it stands the new rune Warhammer would out class the granite Warhammer.

like the update proposed overall, wish the weapon tiers were at 80 not 78, feels like an odd number after having level goals end on an even, and satisfying, milestone.

I also think reducing the stats of the blowpipe was a good compromise to its overwhelming power; however, I wish the dart strength and accuracy could stay the same. I think reducing the dart's strength removes them as a cheap one handed alternative range method. using adamant and mithril darts have always been a favorite of mine and I know others too. darts are a cheap and quick ranging method at mid level range.

Make it tear 85 or 90 to solidify that. Med content being released? place it in the tier 60-70 bracket. This just makes sense to me.
I know everyone is preconditioned to hate on RS3, but honestly if they'd take a minute to actually try and analyze much of the systems used, they'd see much of it has brought a high quality of life to the game and secured its longevity with those decisions. I'm a die hard OSRS man at heart,

Show me evidence of a new player who wants no midgame? I am a teacher and most my kids are gamers. They always enjoy the early game and then get bored midgame. This update will only worsen that condition. Please explain to me how having an overwhelming amount of options, and no midgame, will be enticing to new players?

I understand increasing the requirements to use some of these items. Also, some of the content mentioned did need to be updated for mid level players. A lot of people are mentioning EOC. yeah don't do that again please. oh and don't nerf the blowpipe.
