make the herb cape help you save supplies like the

scroll of cleansing: Gives a permanent effect: Whenever the player creates a potion, they have a 1/8 chance of making that potion twice as fast, as well as a 1/10 chance of receiving a herb or a secondary ingredient back. NEW:trade in the supplies to get a 3/4(1/2 chance?) of a chance to get a 2 dose vial of the potion you are currently making. 1/4 chance of losing the secondary ingredient all together

or

herbicide:With the herbicide in your inventory, you can designate certain types of herbs to erode instead of receiving them as drops, destroying the chosen herbs and giving you twice the normal herblore experience you would have received cleaning them. NEW!: (make it where u can pick the herbs u wanted grounded up and turned into stack able pesto, that can be used to charge the marble upgraded burners(2m each to upgrade*money sink*) charge with 100 pesto each acts as marrentil herbs 85 con req

the items from dungeoneering in rs3?

herb is a very expensive skill to train i think theses effects are worth it, one of them

I feel like allowing the slayer cape to repeat a task once a day is a bit over powered. I'd rather see the cape increase the assigned number on a task by 10-20% once a day.

I think herblore should give you a chance of making a 4 dose potion instead of a 3.

I think woodcutting doesn't really have anything to do with nests, so I don't see the relevance of increasing their drops (which really means nothing to a majority of people who run a kingdom and get ~120 of them every 20 days or so). I'd rather see a chance of getting double logs and not having it count against the tree's lifespan.

For runecrafting, maybe it could work as a non-degradable pouch allowing the storage of a few more essence?

For construction, maybe it would allow you to rearrange your house without cost? (You deserve it if you got that skill to 99)

For thieving, maybe it can also offer a better success rate at blackjacking, too?

For fletching, either an increase in speed of carving/stringing or a potential to carve a strung bow? (Message: you carve the log so carefully, thin shaved fibers from the wood were used to string the bow)

For hunter, maybe a decreased chance of trap failure?

For smithing, you don't need a hammer/cball mold?

For fishing, chance to catch double fish?

For firemaking, chance of double lighting logs in inventory? (Can enable/disable on cape)

Sorry if any of these were previously mentioned, I'm not reading 34 pages of suggestions :P

1) On the Strength or Attack capes, it might make sense to switch one of them out for unlimited teleports to fight pits.

2) On the Magic cape, I'd rather see spellbook swap be once every 30 minutes/1 hour. You're not going to get game changers as if it were unlimited (i.e, teleblock followed by ice barrage), but it would be nice to use lunar spells without having to switch out normals. Alternatively, maybe the magic cape should teleport you to either the DT pyramid and/or lunar altar?

3) HP effect should definitely double with Regen bracelet.

4) Herblore cape... hmm... maybe give the overload effect to skill-based potions? So instead of a hunter potion starting at +3, then diminishing to +2, +1, +0, you just have +3 for all three stages? This would pretty much just be limited to Agility, Fishing, Hunter potions.

5) Fishing cape should allow you to find dragonstones ONLY in caskets you yourself have acquired. Rare chance of this happening.

People suggesting percent damage reduction by defense cape, that is way too OP. That's like a bad version of the divine spirit shield and ely. It's WAY TOO OVERPOWERED. That would make more sense for 120 defence cape. Speaking of which, 120 capes please Jagex.

yes plz give us 120 capes or even 200 millon

For Starters I don't know if this was said already (comments TLDR) but here it is:

1.
Herblore
skill cape benefit apart from what you listed.
Herblore
Skill cape benefit would be to decant all potions in your inventory.

I know the GE does this already but you could just sit at the bank with your cape instead of having to run back and fourth all the time.

2.
Thieveing
- have the same effect of the "Gloves of Silence" but to a higher ratio.

3.
Fletching
- It is weak as a perk to just get a knife. maybe it could kind of mirror the extra ore thing. Whatever
fletching
item your making has a chance to make another out of thin air.
