The Defence Cape bonus is absolutely perfect, I hope it doesn't change a bit. To the accusations of it being somehow overpowered, it just looks it compared to some of the not-so-good or unpolished cape ideas. This is the same case for the Cooking Cape, it's great.

For Herblore, perhaps a 5-10% chance of creating a 4-dose potion instead of 3-dose? That was a good suggestion from earlier.

Can't think of anything for Crafting but I agree it needs a bit of a tune-up.

The Max Cape deserves every perk in my opinion. Come on, surely they deserve something after having the BiS back slot taken from them by jealous players?

EDITS:

Ironation's suggestion above, of a small chance of cut bows being automatically strung, is a good one as well.

Smithing should have a different perk, too. As it is there's no real benefit to it, unless it stacks with the Goldsmithing Gauntlets, which would make it crazy exp.

What a fantastic idea and brilliant perks.

Particularly loving the logical elements of agility, range and woodcutting cape perks.

When will this be polled or introduced? I'm off to go get a 99 now...

Attack - Special attack recharge rate increased or the ability to fully recharge it once per day.

Strength - Unlimited Warrior Guild teleports

Defence - +5% Defence bonus

***points - Higher maximum hitpoints say around 105

Ranged - Avas

Prayer - Count as all God items (For things like GWD)

Magic - +5% Magic Strength (Also like the idea of spellbook swap)

Runecrafting - All talismans/tiaras (Maybe 100% success rate of combining runes without Binding necklace)

Agility - Acts as Graceful cape and also gives the set bonus when moving as well as standing still

Herblore - Create potions 5-10% faster (Would make sense as you are a "Master of Herblore&quot ;)

Thieving - Pharaoh Sceptre daily recharge for free or maybe a teleport to any of the Sceptres locations

Crafting - Crafting Guild teleports

Fletching - Same as Herblore really, fletch faster.

Hunter - Can catch Implings without a butterfly net/Impling Jar

Mining - Teleports to various mining locations (Neitiznot rune rocks/Motherlode/Keldagrim)

Smithing - Unlimited Ring of Forging, Dwarven Cannon doesn't decay

Fishing - Fishing boost

Cooking - 10% chance of cooking two things at once

Firemaking - Unlimited light source

Woodcutting - Woodcutting boost or higher chance of receiving a nest

Construction - No butler cost

Farming - Chance of getting your seed back 10%

Slayer - Free access to Kraken Instance and Unlimited Cerberus Teleports

Quest cape - All 3 Family crest Gauntlets in one

Max cape - All of these abilities in one

For the max cape , players should be able to choose the effects of 2 or at most 3 Skillcapes, but 2 is good enough in my opinion. The effects on the Skillcapes aren't supposed to be incredibly good, just convenient bonuses. However, having 22 or 23 effects at once, as is suggested, is just going to be over(s)kill. I mean, what would the operate-interface of this cape even look like...
Obtaining the max cape is an achievement per se, but not giving it any effect at all would make the max cape less relevant to use over an ordinary skillcape which just wouldn't make much sense, really. I think it ought to be better than an ordinary skillcape, but it shouldn't be too overpowered.
Also bear in mind the combat skillcapes/max cape shouldn't have too strong bonuses for combat. It was polled that the max cape is going to have LOWER stats than the fire cape. I don't think it would be a good idea to give the combat skillcapes bonuses that would make them better than the fire cape.

My Suggestions:

1: Can Slayer Cape work as a Slayer Helmet? Meaning you will not need earmuffs etc. and will get the same boost as slayer helm gives on tasks.. this will mean people can use serp helm slaying.

2: Can Herblore get given effects when making a potion (14 herbs 14 vials of water) you got a chance (idk what % you decide) of making the potion without it using your herb ;) ?

3: Fletching when you fletch logs into a longbow (u) can there be a chance it'll be a longbow stringed?

4: Magic: can when using mage cape you lose less runes even if it's only a little difference it's still nice.

5: When fishing can you fish 15% quicker on sharks since mining as d pickaxe and wc as d axe :D would be nice if fishing cape worked as a dragon harpoon.
