Herblore: Lets potions you drink provide an additional +1 boost to the relevant skill when wearing the cape.

Fletching: When wearing the cape there is a 3% chance of turning flax into bowstrings when picking them.

Hunter: Being able to place a sixth trap (it falls in line with every 20 lvls a new trap... soooooo, ye)

Mining: 2% increased chance of finding golden nuggets OR 1% chance on each ore in the motherlode mine to upgrade to the next tier (coal > gold > mithril > addy, rune not included)

Woodcutting: Can be used as a strung rabbits foot, could be stackable or not, depends on the balance team

Max cape: Provides 2 or 3 perks, depending on the colors you choose for your cape so other can see what perks you have too.

IMO teles r worthless doesn't make u want the cape at all tbh and xp boosts? u get cape at 99 some ideas aren't to bad but most are pointless
*att- 1. quicker attacks as in .5 tip reduction maybe a lil op but makes u choose from fc or ardy if its to op then limit it with a % 2. special bar regens 10% faster or change of bar not draining when using special
*str- 1.when hitting make so either its 100%, 50% or 10% chance of when u hit a 0 it will b a 5 instead or something along the special bar seen above
*def- 1. this is imo a fav cape 99 def is a must but could b usefull to work like the damned necklace on torags as in once a player hit points -1hp u get 1% def bonus -5hp 5% def bonus but say ur at 99 hp * ur hit wit a 19 u receive 19% def bonus but u eat a shark returning to 99 ur bonus is gone it may need tested so limits may b placed but lets face it osrs is all about the CLUTCH!
*range- keep wat the dev blog says good idea no ones gonna be upset
*prayer-1. the wrench idea is nice but should b stakable u have the choice to bring wrench or not * slayer this would b usefull
2. a random idea make bones noted drop when cape is worn idk sounds like an ok idea but I can see issues but hell 99 prayer isn't easy to get so a reward would need to b worth it
*magic-1. limit or unlimited spell book swaps wit cape on
2. find a reasonable amount of free teles like spell book teles say 10 free teles a day
*hitpoints- 1. if ur going to do a 2x regen then it should b stack able wit prayer and regen brace rs is all about combo items * playin smart
2. or maybe chance of a double heal while eating ex. shark 10% to heal a 40

I like the idea for the skillcapes to have more of a use than they currently do. Here are my ideas for potential changes

Herblore - A slight chance of not using a secondary ingredient whilst making potions. (maybe 1/50?)

Farming - Dont increase the yield of crops, however the ability to plant crops without the need of supercompost.

Runecrafting - Pouches degrade at a slower rate as well as acts as all the tiaras. (this is because I don't think many people with 99 runecrafting will be crafting runes anywhere other than the abyss).

Hunter - One free daily teleport to one of the major hunting grounds (doesn't include black chin spot in wilderness).

Mining - A slight increase in chance of recieving higher leveled ores from pay-dirt in the Motherlode mine (could potentially stack with the Falador achievement diary reward?).

Woodcutting - A chance of recieving two logs at once whilst cutting the tree.

how about the combat skill capes have a certain amount of charges a day that can be used like a potion / super potion ? for example- Strength cape has 4 charges a day that can be used to increase stats the same way as if u would consume 1 dose of a strength or super strength pot?

Here are my suggestions:

Attack Cape - Hits 1s instead of 0's
Prayer Cape - Restores prayer similar to HP but at a much slower rate
Cooking Cape - Never burns food (if hood and gauntlets also worn) or faster rate cooking
Crafting Cape - faster rate to craft or unlimited threads
Firemaking - No tinderbox required or faster rate firemaking
Slayer Cape - the ring of wealth effect on the cape - increased chance of rare drops when on task (doesn't include boss tasks)
Smithing - a 1-5% chance to save bars when smithing or smith at faster rate.
Fletching - Fletch at faster rate.
Mining - chance of mining more ores in 1 rock (doesn't apply to addy ores, rune ores) or faster rate of mining

I like the herblore suggestion for potions having the small chance for 4 doses

*RC-1. tiara good idea orrrr have the cape act as a sack
*con-1. toggle house location * ur house not at agent so its free and helpful or the 5 teles either way works tbh but toggle house location from house would b a tele n its self
*agi-1.the gracefull idea is good but wouldn't hurt to add effect of holywrench effect as in stam pots n eng pots
*herb-1. 10% change at either 1st or 2nd ing being saved or chance at making 4dose
*thieving- 1. cant be caught stealing from any stalls
*crafting- 1. tele to guild is alright or reduction * hide tan costs or just faster ticks * crafting
*fletching- 1. able to fletch faster
*slayer- 1. repeat task or reduction of skips from 30-10 points 2. or a personal favorite idea b able to pick one task a day out of any tasks available from master
*hunter-1. 10% chance of either fallen traps resetting or double reward from catchin things like 10% chance catchin 2 chins at once
*mining- 1. speed up the ticks even n mlm or a chance to mine double ore if full 2nd ore drops on ground
*smithing- 1. faster ticks come on lets face it this game can become slow lol
*fishing- 1. all fishin equipment should b n cape no need to take out n put in invo cape acts as rods lob cages harpoon bail ect...
*cooking- 1. stackable effect with gaunts
*firemaking- 1. light source ? fairly sure diary covers that one so instead maybe make it so u can imbue fc wit fm cape ? boosting the fc stats slightly its a good idea for the fact no one needs very high *m other then for a few quests
*woodcutting- 1. faster ticks or increase chance of birdnests 2. make the logs noted granted that's goin to give bots to much power but make a limit on the notes while cutting I guess
*farming-1 increase in yield or 0% chance of dying plants 2. unlimited or limit teles to all patches n game
