People suggesting percent damage reduction by defense cape, that is way too OP. That's like a bad version of the divine spirit shield and ely. It's WAY TOO OVERPOWERED. That would make more sense for 120 defence cape. Speaking of which, 120 capes please Jagex.

I really don't see any problem with giving end game players these small perks. To be totally honest it rewards players that have invested that much time into a skill. Real happy to see this being polled. Hope it passes.

Max cape, all perks please.

Maybe a little over the top, but I feel it shouldn't activate until you have done the skill-cape emote :)

Realistically when it comes to combat, if it's not best in slot it will never be used. So each effect should be just sort of unique and cool and have very specific cases where it might be useful rather than being generalized. But not unique enough to dramatically change gameplay methods and the economy

Warrior's guild teleport on the Attack/Strength cape would be a new teleport. So we think it'd have some use if the player ever needs to get a new defender for example. Definitely feel free to suggest something else though.

Could the forum moderator please delete the sub subject to prohibition "sailing" in this devblog? in my oppinion players could be missunderstood the pass vote on the Sailling skill.

I would love to see more plans, this is a little weak, I'm not convinced to level one of the hardest skills ingame.

Magic - infinite elemental rune of your choice (they're all worthless anyway it'd just be a convenience thing for teleports with air runes)

Construction - never break nails (is that a thing)

Mining - increase in gems like glory is supposed to be I think

Isn't cooking cape affect of reducing burning useless? Don't you never burn anything at 99 cooking?

Woodcutting - send 100 logs to bank automagically per day

Also make it so you can toggle untrimmed ONLY ON THE FIRST EVER SKILL YOU GOT 99 IN!

That would make a noticeable increase in xp and profit. That's more than a small perk.
Free teleport to a hunter area would better.
