These are awesome! Not too strong.

The herblore and fletching need to be redone. Those are useless perks, sorry.

Also all the level 100 cape perks, need to be altered. 1 level is SOO little. They need actual perks, or something like 5% increased chance fishing, etc, or 10% birdsnest increase for woodcutting.

For defence... Perhaps operating it gives you a +5 defence boost like a potion? Perhaps make it only work in pvm if needed. You could also give a 5% defence increase in pvm passively since defence is a weak skill already, or lasting for 5 minutes.

Love most of these perks though!!

Also, can you revive cwars already instead of prioritizing (nice but,) unnecessary updates like this? EVERYONE loves cwars. We need it back. Please revive it. You've had years to do this.

It'd be nice to see the hunter cape offer a free teleport to one of the major hunting locations.
Whether it be a certain number daily or unlimited I'm not sure but it would be much more useful than a perm boost to 100.

I don't play OSRS myself, but skillcapes having perks beyond the temporary boost to level 100 sounds really awesome. Looking forward to seeing what happens with this.

And do not make combat capes new best in slot. It's just ugly, fire cape is supposed to be melee best in slot, along with ardy diary cape. Nobody wants to have to wear an ugly strength cape to compete in FFA corp.

As for a fletching alternative...perhaps a chance to fletch/string a bow faster? :o
