Attack: give a small chance (2%?) of ignoring target's defences similar to the verac set when using melee. Wouldn't work against players

Strength: increase your maximum melee hit by 1 (I think this is the equivalent of fire cape's +4 strength)


I don't think these would be overpowered and the combat capes should have an ability other than teleportation

Range Cape

I like the idea of it acting as an accumulator. I personally would still use Ava's Accumulator for the offensive stats.

Fishing Cape

I like the idea of it being able to have the chance to catch two fish at once. Just giving it a boost too 100 isn't really worth while, imo.

HP Cape

I like the idea of it acting as a 2x restore rate.

Should be more benefits to make even more desireable.. It's a looong way to achieve 99. More teleports it's useful.
Mining should be mine 2 iron or coal ore when using dragon pickaxe including pay-dirt!. Pro miners!
Same as woodcutting..
Farming would be nice if get 18%! more herbs. Pro farmers..
Teleport for every cape to somewhere.
Smithing produce a addy bar, mith bar and rune bar using less coal.. (very nice)
Magic target teleport.
Runecrafting able to double any rune in periods of 30 minutes and have a break with 50 minutes..
Herblore 20% chance to produce a potion (4) when mixing since vial of water with the herb and final ingredient.
Fishing ability to catch double fish. (20% of chance)

Another reason it should be a 5% damage boost instead. 10 lower mage attack for a trivial damage increase-sounds fair enough to me.

Believe magic to only be for support? Think again. It's just as valid of a Pking style as melee and range is.

Herblore -> clean all herbs? That is just about the most ridiculous thing i have ever heard. The act of cleaning herbs is the bloody simplest thing in all of runescape. I am speechless.
