Farming

1- All herb patches are free from disease.
2- Can teleport to all herb patches, maybe twice a day to each?

Hunter
1- Teleport to certain hunter spots.
2- When operated in the wild, can camouflage you from enemy's for 30 seconds.

+1 boost is permanent and stacks with dragon pickaxe boost.

or

The 10% bonus ore includes runite (maybe require actually having the armor?).

Reason: Not many people mine past L99 unless they are getting runite. Blast furnace shop, corp beast drops, avansies etc. All make getting ores or bars manually obsolete.

All Combat melee Capes - The ability to use a firecape with the skillcape to give +4 str bonus on cape. Fire cape can be removed at anytime.

Herby - 5/10% chance of creating a 4 dose potion or creating 2 potions at once. Can be activated to which would fill all vials in inventory with water. Max 100 per day.

Crafting - When activated tans all hides in inventory for half price (cash in inventory). Max 100 per day. When cape is equipped no moulds are needed for crafting

Fletching - When activated changed all flax to bowstring. Max 100 per day.

Slayer - Can talk to any slayer master by activating cape to get new task. 5 Per day

Smithing - 5/10% chance of smelting 2 ores at once.

Fishing - Cape can be searched for any fishing equipment. One of each item per day.

Well that's it

Here are some of my suggestions.

Smithing: Able to smith without the use of a hammer.
Herblore: Add an option to clean all herbs in your inventory at once. Number of uses is undetermined, maybe 10 times per day.
Range: Increase the speed of longbows to be equivalent to short bows. That way, longbows have more use. The current suggestions are good though.
Runecrafting: Teleports to abyss with infinite uses. I mean, if you have 99 runecrafting, you definitely deserve something OP. Decrease chances of degrading pouches is a very viable option though.

Fletching is probably the hardest to come up with something. Maybe fletch with no knife?

I think the fire making cape has the best perk out of all the capes.

Lastly, I think every single skill cape should have the option to tele to its respectful skill cape master.

I am personally disappointed with the rewards of the agility cape. a few mods mentioned that it would be possible to give the agility cape the rest Option.
it would have no Impact on the economy of the ge because there are a few People who have this skill 99 so only they would be possible to have the rest Option on their run energy toggle. would be great to see it again because it makes the agility cape a lot more worth to get it and keeps motivating People for 99s

Slayer - yeah pretty good, so many other ideas for this though could add some teleport locations to hard to reach monsters, another cool thing is the hood could be slayer helm, I mean if you're 99 slayer this is really not OP at all...granted you would have to use a slayer helm w the hood and if you die it would behave the same way(you lose the slayer helm along with it)

Smithing - yup! but you should have to have completed family crest i think

Fishing - I don’t get it you mean even when it’s off? if so no, we wanna wear it.It should act as any fishing gear minus the bait

Cooking cape - yeah not bad but need some input form high lvl players as to wether this is OP or not

Firemaking - yup!

Woodcutting - also yup!

Farming - this is good I guess but then you cannot wear graceful which is very helpful when farming…i’m stuck on this one

Max cape - honestly it should have all the perks, I’m also surprised it did*’t pass as fricassee stats I mean this is kind of the ultimate accomplishment which only very few players have or will ever achieve why have something that just looks nice* not very motivating

wtf jagex my first post didnt go through but I still love you guys so ef it...

attack- no one uses warrior guild after d def, maybe increase spec attack regeneration slightly

strength- again warrior guild is kinda useless after a certain point - maybe a really nice increase in max hit over accuracy(not too OP though)

defence - pretty nice

ranged - definitely!

prayer - people would still wear firecape over this, maybe add extra prayer bonus

magic - people would put it on cast spell then take it off. we want to keep wearing them theyre like the nicest capes in game. maybe small chance of negating runes used during spell(stacks with staff of dead)

hitpoints - like it!

runecrafting - yup cant think of much else

construction - similar to magic would only be worn for teleport then taken off another issue is it would be used mostly during other skills(like slayer) which defeats the purpose they should be used for skilling in that skill. another thing is house tele tabs are so cheap people might not even go through the trouble of putting it on then taking it off. one suggestion could be lowering butler payments when worn

agility - helll yaa! please add this effect to hood as well! no reason not to and of course kep the 1 lvl boost cause i mean it takes like 200x longer to get than graceful should be at least a little better

herblore -no one needs a pestle that bad lol make a small chance of making 4 dose potion and the extra xp just for the one

thieving - ok but if you have done elite then its useless, and as mentioned people might say it it lowers the accomplishment the the elite diary. heres a good one: make dark kebbit gloves have way more charges cause atm theyre ded content

crafting - yeah good if you actually make the guild useful

fletching - small chance of fletching two items in the time of 1
