i guess the smithing, fletching and herblore skill cape could boost the speed at which you smelt-smith/fletch/make potions? As they stand right now the perks of fletching and herblore are the worst. As for the fishing cape, with the addition of the new angler outfit, perhaps you could make the cape fit in with an additional exp perk?

isn't the cooking cape's perk a bit op?

firemaking cape = kandarin headgear?

oh lawd! get that 8bit ship's wheel out of here, at least try to make it fit in with the artwork of the other skills.

Why isn't there any for the quest point cape or the achievement diary cape?

For quest cape it could have like a daily tears of guthix or 2-4 times a week instead if daily is too OP (which i don't think it is because of the 100k xp needed to redo ToG). And let the achievement cape give all the benefits and teleports the achievement diary items give, put together in the one cape.

For smithing, I'd suggest a small chance of doubling anything that you make or no hammer required or smith bars into whatever where ever you'd like or combine two of the same swords to make 1 sword with somewhat better stats. Anything BUT xp boosts! If you have the cape you're already 99 xp boosts would be useless.
