XP buffs for maxed skills? I don't really understand the point, outside of getting max exp. I like a lot of these ideas but I think practical perks need to be the focus, like teleports or item substitutes.

A lot of monsters drop herbs. Why not make the chance that these herbs are higher level slightly more likely with the herblore cape? Or allow it to automatically decant so many potions a day, in any location?

The reason fletching is a difficult one is because it is largely a useless skill. 200 free feathers?

I like the idea of most of these - my favorite one is the slayer one I think (even though I'm nowhere near 99 slayer...).

I'll speak about the 99 smithing cape since I'm one of the few players that has it:

I think the goldsmith guantlets perk is pretty useless. Only people that are going to for 200m smithing exp or something would benefit from the effect. I can't imagine why you would want to lose more money smelting gold past 99 smithing otherwise, and you would probably already have the gloves anyways. Here are some other suggestions that aren't too crazy/*P, in order from least beneficial to most:

- "Search" the cape and find a hammer
- Cape just acts as a hammer, don't even need it in invy
- 1-5 free teles a day to an area semi-related to smithing that could be somewhat beneficial. Maybe to wildy resource area or to wildy volcano (common clue location?)
- Much like the mining cape suggestion, allow the smithing cape to have a chance to smith/smelt 2 items at once
- Some sort of boost at blast furnace (idk what, I've barely used blast furnace even though I'm a 99 smither)
- Chance of consuming less coal while smelting ("you use your expert smithing techniques to save "X amount" of coal ore!&quot ;)
- Small chance of saving a bar when smithing an item

As a player who in a few days will achieve the Diary cape I would like to see this cape as it is more of an achievement than any single 99. as well as quest cape although thats much easier to get. No suggestions for these but someone can probably think of something :D

Ranging cape suggestion- It should be the best in the slot in my opinion while providing the effects of Ava's accumulator. Animal magnetism is a relatively easy quest when compared to getting 99 ranged; it'll either take a much longer time (without chins) or cost millions (with chins). Another alternative is for players to combine Ava's accumulator to the skill cape once 99 ranged is achieved. An uncombined cape will be the best in the slot from a bonus point of view. Ava's accumulator effects can be added to the cape once the cape is combined with the accumulator. This way animal magnetism will remain significant in the game while giving the masters of the skill an edge.

Hello i have some Suggestions, **** DUTCHY *

(1)_ Woodcutting Cape _ should also have a small chance to increasing the looting of birds nests to become seeds more often than normal.

(2)_ Fletching Cape_ Should allow you to use the Skill Cape as a knife Due to less people fletching at 99.

(3)_ Herblore_ Also to allow a 5% chance of making a (4) dose potion OR any % of your suggestion.

(4)_ Fishing_ Also allow a possible double catch in % of your suggestion (only) in Barbarian fishing.

(5)_ Defence_ To have a % chance to reflect % of your enemy's damage. The percentage of what you suggest.

(6)_ Agility_ To provide half of the graceful set weight reduction and 0% chance to fail any agilty events.
