So for Woodcutting skillcape, I think the bonus should act kind of like the leprechauns magic after defeating an evil tree. to have any logs teleported to bank when inventory is full for x amount of minutes. Let me know what you guys think of this ! :)
Edit: Once per day of course!

It's supposed to be community driven choices, but everything on the Dev Blog of this thread is just what the OSRS dev team or their bosses have deemed acceptable.

I don't see anyone voting on what we have released as boosts for the capes. I realize that it can't be an exceptional bonus but the current benefits are almost useless. I'd say an all around 2.5% exp increase for all stats which don't already have an outfit that gives such bonus would be reasonable. If JaGex doesn't want to provide more than one bonus for cape then so be it, but I think a permanent lvl 100 boost while wearing the associated skill cape and an exp bonus should be innate to skillcapes since 99 is such an achievement.
Anything else like a cape acting as graceful or giving so many teleports should really be axed. Those benefits are almost negligible compared to the fact that they had to get 99 in a skill (13M XP) for a very slight increase in efficiency. 2.5% exp boost and a level bonus is very small but not negligible.
The agility cape ends up replacing graceful. That is the only thing I agree with so far. The spellbook swap is useless because it only gives it once per day (or very minimally useful). The herblore effect is useless.

There have been a great number of community suggestions that are outside of JaGex's criteria for this update. I think the devs need to loosen the strings a little bit.

Hitpoints Cape - Cape has a right-click option, allowing the player to heal 50% of their current remaining health. Can only be used once per day and not during PVP.

Herblore - Cape has a right-click option, allowing a player to fill an inventory of vials (maximum of 500 vials per day). Or; cape has a right-click option, allowing a player to clean off all grimy herbs the player has in their inventory (maximum of 500 herbs per day)

Fishing - Cape has a right-click option, activating a 1 hour timer. Within this hour, the player has a 10% chance of catching two fish (giving the experience of 1) at once. The cape has a 2 hour cool-down.

Cooking - If this cape is worn while fishing, there is a 10% chance of the fish being caught may be cooked (anything higher than sharks still has a chance to burn). Wearing this cape while cooking has a 20% chance of cooking (or burning, depending on what is being cooked) two fish at once (giving the experience of just 1)

Max Cape - Allowing the player to "Prestige" 1 skill of their choice. Once their skill has been chosen, the skill returns to level 1. Any action taken towards getting back to level 99 in prestige mode will require double the experience to level up. For example: if Mining was chosen, skill would be set back to level 1. To achieve level 2 mining the required amount of experience would be 166 instead of 83. Or, each action gives half experience (which would amount to the same.

Choosing the prestige with the Max Cape would allow the player to keep their cape, but they could not equip it or use it again until the skill chosen has been leveled to 99 once again. However; each time the cape has been used to prestige and that skill has reached 99, the cape gives that skill a level 100 effect.

Attack : When worn doubles the whip (i) capacity before crumbling

Defense: The ring of life effect seems to be a good idea

Strength: Your strength impresses your opponent and works like a ring of charos (a) but using fear instead of charm.

Range: Good idea but should have the same stats as the accumulator.

Prayer: When the cape is activated, Saradomin's power grants you 50 Prayer points once a day (cannot be used in the wilderness nor in pvp)

Magic: Your idea is good but should be increased to 3 uses per day or 1 teleport to any destination (3 spellbooks) once a day.

Runecrafting: The activated cape grants you 3 free teleports to any of the altars.

Construction: Your butler now admires your construction skills and is willing to work for you for free.

Hp: Restore x2 is nice

Agility: Should work as a graceful cape but with better weightless stats

Herblore: When searching your cape provides a full inventory of herbs per day

Thieving: Once the cape is activated, you disappear in a smoke cloud granting you 15 seconds of invisibility (Cannot be used in combat and you cannot do anything but run during those 15 seconds.

Crafting: No idea

Fletching: When searching your cape, you find some arrows that were stuck inside (Up to 100 steel arrows per day)

Slayer: Good idea

Hunter: Good idea

Mining: Good idea

Smithing: Small chance of smelting two bars at the same time

Fishing: Very small chances of catching the next higher fish than you are fishing (Exemple while fishing Sharks you have a small chance to fish a sea turtle instead, for dark crabs you have a chance of catching two dark crabs at the same time

Cooking: Good idea

Firemaking: Once a day you can pop a temporary range that lasts 15mins and for all the players.

Wc: Good idea

Farming: When searching your cape you find one free seed.

Hope it will help,
Nicouche
