cool ideas, when it comes to these capes I think we should remember that we get them from having 99 in a skill, the ranged cape for example, acting like an ava's is a pretty good idea but why would the cape not also give equal/greater ranged stats? I can get an accumulator at like 50 ranged I think at 99 I deserve something a little better dont you think?

X POISON X- "99 Construction - ability to not have to re-light burners in ur own POH as long as you are in your POH." :D I like that a lot! Now I heard a few times about reduced servant cost, but let's be honest that mostly only benefits rich noobs who care about hiscore ranks. :@
Perhaps 5 daily teleports to any house portal ? :P

These are my ideas for the Fishing SkillCape:
- Unlimited teleports to the Fishing Guild.
- Ability to catch any fish without any equipment (So you could catch Lobsters or Salmon with your hands for example).
- You can catch fish twice as fast (or maybe 1.5x).

Fishing cape could reduce the chance that a fishing spot is dried up(Chance that it will move).

When fishing in a large group , the spot tends to move quite often due to each players individual chance to cause it to. Reducing this would make fishing a much more enjoyable activity.

The same could be said about the other gathering skills that have extended resouce lifespans such as woodcutting and now mining with the introduction of Motherload Mine.

Here are some of my ideas for improvements on the listed skillcape perks

Agility - Act as a graceful cape with weight reduction AND 15% higher marks of grace on all rooftop courses when worn

Herblore - 15% faster mixing of potions OR consumed potions will have an extra 15% duration and potency (if cape is removed, buffs also removed)

Fletching - 15% faster fletching and stringing speed OR 25% chance to cut two logs into bows at a time

Fishing - While the cape is worn, you can catch fish without the relevant item in your inventory as it will be stored in your cape (ie. harpoon, lobster cage, big net).

Max Cape - All of the previous perks simultaneously.

What about quest cape? I know its not a skill cape but it is a cape of accomplishment, I think QP cape should get a perk as well. Maybe get 1.5 - 2x daily quest rewards. ie buckets of sand ect. Or a bonus when using lamps?

Attack Cape = Possibly a 2.5% accuracy boost for one hour when activated.
Strength Cape = Increase strength to 102-105 not just one level. One level can be done by right click and boost already.

Also if skill pets do pass (hope they don't) but if so while wearing corresponding cape to the skill you are training you have increased chance of receiving the pet. Just some ideas, Really do hope you change the attack/strength cape though.

Slayer - LOVE the idea of having it act as slayer helm . This would make wearing more useful helms. But make it NOT stackable with void cause that would be OVERPOWERED .

Other suggestions --

Doubles exp rate (except boss tasks and Tzhaar).

Increases damage dealt to 18% from tasks from 15% while wearing slayer helm.

Unlimited teleports to Duradel.

Acts as slayer ring.

Drop rates of uncommons become common. Rare drops 3% more likely to hit table.

Attack - Barrow's weapons don't degrade or degrade at a slower rate. Must be worn all times in order to gain and remain in effect.

Strength - Acts as dragon battleaxe special attack effect. Must be worn all times in order to gain and remain in effect.

Defence - While the idea of hitting 0 on every monster's first hit seems logical, in some cases I find that OVERPOWERED . Act as Excalibur special effect. Must wear at all times to gain and remain in effect.

Agility - Restore run to 100% once a day (or twice).

Prayer - Cuts GWD prayer altar timers in half.

More suggestions

Double pray bonus from trimmed cape +8.

Acts as proselyte pray bonuses. Does not stack.

Every altar in game grants +5 over the normal pray refill.

Free teleports to edgeville monastary.


Cooking - All log fires act as cooking ranges.

Magic - Acts as STOD rune cost effect.

Other suggestions

Toggle of varrock tele to grand exchange.

Toggle of all first normal spellbook teles near a bank to just outside bank spawn.

3% more gold per high alch.

Acts as a blank staff (no bonuses) , able to auto cast with no staff/wand needed.

Fishing - Going up one level seems dumb. Increases rate of catching fish by 3%.

I disagree that the max cape idea should have all perks of all capes. Too OP .

Other than that, all the other capes seem well balanced and good ideas.

Also if the defense cape ring of life effect does go through. Make it to where you can toggle that effect. If i have a friend tanking at Bandos and he does drop to low hp, i don't want him to tele and graar to turn and smack me a 50+. That's why in the clan i am in tanks aren't allowed to wear a ring of life. It'll get people killed. Also what about the people that would like to use dharoks and only have defense cape as their best show cape. So yeah, make a toggle for it <3
