I think the Herblore,Woodcutting and Fletching ones are too weak.. If you look at Mining for example, a 10% chanse of getting an extra rock, maybe do the same to Woodcutting? a 10% chanse of getting an extra log, all the way til Magic logs ( so all logs except magic logs, that would be too OP ), I understand you don't want some of the skills to have the same type of effect, but the increased chanse of getting a bird nest won't make me wear my Woodcutting cape (I do have 99 ) and for Herblore I liked the idea of having a small chanse (3-5%) of making a potion (4) instead of (3). Lastly , I think the Fletching bonus is a little bit useuless, everybody has a knife on their bank, just like with pestle and mortar. So maybe a good idea for Fletching could be having a small chanse of when making unstrung bows, they will be strung automaticly( without bowstring needed , with / without the xp bonus )

I like the ideas of making the capes more wanted and I do not want to push anything, I just think they should be more balanced like, don't make one cape very OP ( Farming ) and others useless ( Fletching )

Asked for a change to attack cape. And you changed it. But i still think it needs tweaked. Maybe make it that while wearing an attack cape you can never hit a 0. It will be a 1. Just not a 0. Doesn't make that big of a change but hey its 99 attack you should be accurate :D

Fishing Cape- Teleport to all the main fishing spots on RuneScape.

Herblore Cape- Was thinking a idea with the vials, maybe fill them with water or have some free vials with water per day.

By the way love the Agility idea a lot!

I have a great idea for Fletching. When wearing your cape and making arrows, why not increase the amount of arrows made during the fletching process for at least 1 hour a day. In real life, not every log is the same, so why should the amount of arrows be the same? RAWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWR!!!!!

Hello i have some Suggestions, **** DUTCHY *

(1)_ Woodcutting Cape _ should also have a small chance to increasing the looting of birds nests to become seeds more often than normal.

(2)_ Fletching Cape_ Should allow you to use the Skill Cape as a knife Due to less people fletching at 99.

(3)_ Herblore_ Also to allow a 5% chance of making a (4) dose potion OR any % of your suggestion.

(4)_ Fishing_ Also allow a possible double catch in % of your suggestion (only) in Barbarian fishing.

(5)_ Defence_ To have a % chance to reflect % of your enemy's damage. The percentage of what you suggest.

(6)_ Agility_ To provide half of the graceful set weight reduction and 0% chance to fail any agilty events.

Attack, str, herblore, crafting, fletching, smithing and hunter cape effects are not very desirable. Other capes are way more useful.

(Just read the first post, so idk if changes have already been made)

Why not add a bonus percentage to catching fish? Even at 99 fishing shark is decently slow.. Perhaps a buff in catch % and/or unlimited teleports to the fishing guild would be amazing!

Or maybe something that stacks with the new anglers outfit? Like I said catch percentage would be nice because I don't think many people would appreciate an exp buff once they're already 99.

I've also read people suggesting the ability to use the cape as a fishing tool (harpoon, lobster cage, fishing rod, etc). But they're also said you "should have to use bait or feathers" which is clearly too much, but the idea of saving an inventory spot would be nice.

I'm reading a lot of people are asking for
quest cape
and I think that adding a "teleport" option to certain quest locations would be nice? Maybe not "x amount" per day but you can select a teleport and have a rune combination to cast the teleport? Similar to mini game teleport, just exchanged for quest locations.

I suppose maybe quest teleports with a 20 min timer like mini game teleports would be a good reward.
