I think the Herblore,Woodcutting and Fletching ones are too weak.. If you look at Mining for example, a 10% chanse of getting an extra rock, maybe do the same to Woodcutting? a 10% chanse of getting an extra log, all the way til Magic logs ( so all logs except magic logs, that would be too OP ), I understand you don't want some of the skills to have the same type of effect, but the increased chanse of getting a bird nest won't make me wear my Woodcutting cape (I do have 99 ) and for Herblore I liked the idea of having a small chanse (3-5%) of making a potion (4) instead of (3). Lastly , I think the Fletching bonus is a little bit useuless, everybody has a knife on their bank, just like with pestle and mortar. So maybe a good idea for Fletching could be having a small chanse of when making unstrung bows, they will be strung automaticly( without bowstring needed , with / without the xp bonus )
I like the ideas of making the capes more wanted and I do not want to push anything, I just think they should be more balanced like, don't make one cape very OP ( Farming ) and others useless ( Fletching )
