OSRS already has quite a lot of unique content as well as
tons
of QoL that wasn't present in 2007. If we want the community and game to grow , the game will need to be modernized over time and offer compelling content.
No, it won't need to be modernized. Oldschool mode was created for the people who didn't like the modernization going on with RS3. That's why it makes so many people mad when they add new things like this. They're advancing it just like they did EOC, and the only thing thats the same as it was back then is the graphics and skills. Now they're changing it all up.

On the strawpoll on stream yesterday Dungeoneering topped everything else. I really hope this doesnt pass a poll.
I'd raather they didn't waste dev time recreating dungeoneering when people wouldn't support chaotics thats stupid nty.

I really like the ideas from Sailing; venturing out, using your skills, discovering and unlocking new content... but there's no need to make it a skill. It should just be incorporated the existing skills instead of creating a new one.

More feedback:
USE FOR FIREMAKING
The new gem dragons, if passed a poll, should be in a different question as the sailing skill, same as rigour and augury, i think that the gem cave that they are in, should have special firemaking levels to light the cave as you go deeper possibly, like say the beginning of the cave is sapphire, then emerald, then ruby, and say a 90 firemaking requirement to reach the diamond dragons, give a use for it if you want to get to the top tiered dragons and deepest part of the cave, maybe something amazing at the end. Requiring say 95 firemaking to see
Or you need firemaking to "melt" their hard gem coating away to be able to attack them.
