Ok, I knew that already since I used the very quote you showed me before in my thread 'Zaros is EVIL'.

The Empty Lord did have great armies and would not have risked himself in combat...I don't see how that pertains to the topic I was discussing though.

I was remarking that a good reason for Saradomin waging war on Zaros is the appalling living conditions for humans in the empire, so it would be an act of liberation and protection by Saradomin to remove Zaros from the equation.
You're still overlooking the obvious. All the other gods had to take a hand in what their armies did, while Zaros managed to do his thing without needing to. The gods were still losing to Zaros anyway. Only the Pantheon managed to hold him off and that was only after they fetched the Mahjarrat.

Zaros had managed to show his army could win without needing him to prop it up and the same with his Empire. It only fell apart after the betrayal and the majority of his army deserting the Zarosian remnant for Zamorak. Otherwise it may have been a very different political map today. The purpose of adventure is to shine light into dark places,

Well of course it wasn't a nice thing to do, but it also gave meaning to live for those who survived. Maybe even reminded them of how suddenly life can end. I can see them all living there, being afraid to do things because it could affect their life later. But the truth is that there might not even be life later. I'm pretty cool

I asked a mod to lock them.

They didn't have enough reserves in them, I made this one with 50 reserves. Currently 28 used and 22 left.
