I didn't say Saradomin was defending himself from the Naragi, all I did was quote the lore from Kaigi's Journal.
Nakigi believes both Saradomin and the Naragi were responsible for the war. Who holds greater responsibility isn't specified. It may very well be that Saradomin was mostly accountable, but Nakigi and his followers have good reasons to think their own race shared liability for the war.
For that reason, they likely played a more serious role in commencing the war, other than just saying "No we wouldn't like to worship you" in a polite manner.
It seems very possible they provoked Saradomin, showing hostility or considerable disrespect towards him. Whether they could harm a God or not is irrelevant, Nakigi believes they were part of the catalyst which started the conflict.

Now, you say I should accept that Saradomin is a tyrant, but Jagex Mod quotes from Question and Answers would contradict that, as does the evidence I've presented in this thread.
I've always admitted to Saradomin's errors but ONLY when he has committed them, if he has good justification for his conduct I present this. In other cases, I've found evidence which has shown he learnt from wrong choices and experiences or has made amends for what he has done. Hence, these are huge positives for his character.
The naragi incident is an example of that, where Saradomin attempted to fight off Tuska, a wild beast, to protect the Naragi. He did this only because he wanted to redeem himself, to make up for his past. He wasn't successful but he tried.
That's a very good quality in him which you are not accepting, simply because it's inconvenient for your view.
I encourage you to delve a bit deeper into the lore and Saradominist philosophy before making judgements. Ignoring lore is not very wise.
