Kai Araargun, as mentioned by Joel previously, this thread is not to discuss individual players or staff. As such, your post above has been removed.
On topic, I want the FMR to be reviewed regularly. I know that Jagex staff have had their hands full with the account lockout problem but the time between responses is problematic.

Why is Forum Moderation Review far more important than the 'private forum moderators forum' where you can elaborate with Jagex/JMods about forum specific actions taken by Jagex/JMods?
You forum moderators already have a private forum for doing things beyond the scope of Forum Moderation Review. What is soo important about Forum Moderation Review that makes you want to see it stay? Apart from the one proposing to see it removed.

For me personally if I mess up and I have a few times I want the Community to know they can contact Jagex there to alert them that I messed up. I want to be accountable for my actions and if thats through Review then sobeit. It has to stay.

Personally, the current responses on FMR are more direct than previous ones. As I have said, these responses may be considered better given the fact that they are reassuring because there is more communication between the Forum Moderators and the Community Management Team regarding an F-Mod's actions here on the Forums. I like reading those. Yea, it's taking ages to see them, but when we do, they are full of details.
Also, if you did not know, there was an F-Mod sweep about three years and a few months ago.

I am pretty sure that you know this is all about
transparency
. Forum, CMs and Jagex Moderators are already able to communicate among themselves through their private channels here on the RSOFs and Social Media. The reason why Forum Moderation Review is so important for
everyone
involved is that the community as a whole is able to see that Forum Moderators (and CMs too!) are being checked by Jagex Staff. We members of the community are incapable of seeing their actions being checked through their private channels as we are unable to join them.
That's why Forum Moderation Review is paramount for both Forum Mods and the community.
In the first post, I set out the case that FMR is no longer fit for purpose, and needs to be replaced.
My
own suggestion was that it be replaced by submitting support tickets to be dealt with by suitably trained Customer Support staff; this however would evidently be insufficiently transparent.
Instead, on page 3
Iceberg
suggested moving FMR requests to the Community E-Mail inbox, allowing CMods to take on part of the burden of responding to posts (as they were originally meant to do) - and would make sense, given that the community E-Mail inbox is already used to review moderation in the RuneScape Discord. This again, however, would decrease transparency.
Twillow
, supported by
Mrs Ana
, then suggested, also on page 3, that the responses to FMR requests sent to the Community E-mail inbox could be made on a forum FMR sticky (which would have only 'answers/responses', and so wouldn't need an auto hide). This would go some way to meeting the need for transparency.
Others
have suggested that FMR is perfectly fine but just needs to be better prioritised so that it gets dealt with far more regularly.
Yet others
feel that Staff are active enough on FMR already, and no changes are needed.
Thoughts on all of this please?
