Damned if you do damned if you don't... Initially quoting an already 'publicly' available message to make a point about accountability and action from Jagex's part (if that's all it was going to be) would have been OK - hence why I didn't immediately step in because I was hoping the nudge from Arch after that point was made was enough to steer away, which clearly wasn't the case.

Dong, you've been around long enough to know we do not discuss individuals on the forums in such a way, so the initial post in question being hidden or not doesn't excuse the posts that followed.

Since this seems to have escalated, I've gone ahead and removed all posts regarding this now so please let's get back on topic.

As stated in the thread's opening post, I don't believe that the problem here is to do with any individual member of Jagex Staff. Rather, the issue is systemic.

Alas, for that reason, I am not sure we can expect things to speed up any time soon. Which is precisely why we need to rethink the whole way that FMR works.

Thanks for clearing up the mess, even if it does leave the last couple of pages looking like a war zone. Because of course I was AFK when the proverbial hit the fan :|

^Oh, come on, this has been happening for as long as I can remember. Even way back when Mod I and Mod B ran the show there were weeks, possible two or more months in-between our complaints being answered. Don't go blaming Covid or the new situation we are in. If working in an office or at home you still need to put in the same hours. Covid is no excuse now, it's been over a year, the settling in to the new norm has long been settled now. I feel this is a poor excuse or is it because Jmods are too busy in other areas <- this is the same excuse as the past, prior to Covid era.

Because she removed a Fmod or it's good reading, means she's doing a good job, I totally disagree. Other Jmods did exactly what she doing minus the Fmods removal (which is rare) and possibly the reading wasn't as good (??), overall I'm sure they all did just as good a jobs as she is, they started off keeping up with everything, coming in regularly and slowly what's happening now happened then, complaints not being answered in a timely manner. I bet she has just as many disappointed forumers as well as pleased forumers with how she's actioned or not actioned the complaints.

Pretty sure everyone is annoyed and/or upset that FMR isn't operating as intended. From earlier pages in this thread:

At times yes it does take several weeks from addressing the reports. Sadly it's down to staffing. In an ideal World dealing with Review weekly would be great for everyone.
