Also, FMR hasnt been responded to for ages now.

As members of the team have said it's been passed along several times. Due to time limits and other duties It's had to go on the back burner. This is not ideal for anyone. It's just how it is. :(

Yes, this is exactly the problem though, isn't it? It just shows that Jagex Staff lack either the time or the inclination to address player (customer) concerns in an even remotely timely manner.

Which brings us right back to the opening post again.

All I can say is we want it reviewed just as badly as y'all do. No idea how many times my name is currently up there and quite honestly I don't care, if I was in line with the rules set forth by Jagex it's not vindication for me. It's called transparency.

Clarification is a wonderful thing. Which is why I tell people if they're looking for it, to ask on forum help what exactly (we) or I meant. If you're still left with the notion we acted in the wrong by all means take it to FMR it's what it existed for.

I can only imagine that most people that post on that thread do so while adrenaline is running high and posting with quite strong emotion. Rather than posting with a clam and collected demeanor.

We all have aspects of our jobs we don't like and typically save them to the last thing on the list. I'd imagine that FMR is the unsavory bit that's last on the plate to digest.

I'm not doubting it.

But evidently, FMod pleas have the same amount of effect as player pleas, i.e. none.

The system is broken, and needs fixing.

Just saying, but im sure jagex knows about this and who knows if they are trying to do "better" or not.

Then again, just saying "it needs fixing" over and over isnt going to get anyone anywhere let alone closer to your "fix" you're demanding.

I understand why allowing forumers to argue openly with FMods on the forums in general about their moderation isnt allowed, the equally understandable FMod response of 'take it to FMR' must start to sound a bit false even to the FMods if the average wait is so long.

If it was every day (lol) then 'Take it to FMR' would be perfectly acceptable. As it is now, it likely annoying to everyone involved.

Apart from 'Just shutting up and hoping for the best'? Because that too has been tried.
