Not sure I agree.
Taking 5 minutes to make post mealy-mouthed, perfunctory platitudes after more than ten weeks seems more than a little contemptuous to me.
On the other hand, its further proof that this thread is trying to address an issue that is all too real.

I mean it's not her fault that there are more important tasks and nobody to assist her with FMR.
While it's a dry post I'll have to appreciate her for taking her time to keep us updated

Yep, we're in the same boat on this lol
Good from Kari but dry from Jagex. They can do much better to support CM team.
