No, we want our login usernames changed.

WE are being jammed, and the steam client sucks. We shouldn't be forced to play a 3rd party software over regular OSRS.

ALso, clans get "excited" when they are spamming our accounts.

THIS NEEDS A FIX!!! LET US CHANGE OUR USERNAME LOGINS!!! THERE ARE DISCORDS MAKING PROFIT OFF OF "JAMMING" PEOPLE OFF OSRS.

As far as I'm aware Jagex are still working on tweaking login systems as Mod Lyon described earlier on in the thread, but I'm sure this is no minor task!

As for the people jamming your accounts, it's a good idea if you haven't already to report them through Discord directly, and also clans who you think are encouraging this behavior by reporting ingame or [email protected] :) Life is like a camera: Just focus on what's important, capture the good times, develop from the negatives, and if things don't work out, take another shot !

I am also having this issue, hacker is jamming me out of my account, and won't use the steam client... But, regarding zezima and woox having their login name changed, they both refused and noted it. Other hand, Odablock got his changed, as he admitted it on stream. His name was leaked and he sat for hours on stream trying to login. It just beats me that this man disrespects jagex so much, even destroyed a golden gnome he was given, and they still did this for him lol.... They have workarounds but refuse to do it, or are too lazy.

This is a big issue either someone is using a login bot which would be a major security issue or a severe system failure either way a major issue and 100000000% should be all hands on deck stop what you are doing and fix this issue level of issue not a meh we might put a few people on it kind of issue this is a game breaker as it prevents people from playing the game and why would anyone pay to play the game if they cannot even play it?

Having a wireless keyboard/mouse, running low on battery power might cause issues I hardly had noticed before until I realised they were running too low on power causing issues.
From my personal experience, I solved the issue about too many logging attempts once by fully charging my wireless hardware.
At the moment I do not use a wireless keyboard anymore, just a mouse.
I do not know if it is the cause but remember, wireless hardware is also attempting to make connections over & over.
