This is the second time this bug has hit me. First time was while world hopping and this time was logging to the lobby for the daily reset. Very maddening.

I was able to log in an hour ago, now I can't. I was not world hopping, I haven't changed anything about my account.
Even to post this message I was asked to re-verify my info.
(Just adding my name to the long list.)

I've now been hit with this bug for the 4th time in recent weeks. I've emailed player support twice and been ignored both times.

The first time and this time it's let me get into the lobby and then decided not to let me in any further. The other times it didn't even let me get that far.

I can't believe such a widespread issue is still ongoing, it's really disappointing.

Looks like radio silence from Jagex, as per usual. Lucky my membership expires tomorrow!

This is Day 4 for me. I can only get on through google via the mobile app. I am putting in a bug report every day this continues to happen. It hardly seen like just "a small amount of players" anymore. I really hope they find a way to fix this soon. Also, they will offer to let high profile players change their login email? What the hell about everyone else who has the proper security but is being screwed because of a data leak? I don't even use the email I have for my login. What's the point of having authenticator apps, pins, and separate emails for "communication" with jagex if we can't use that to confirm our identity to change our login credentials so we don't continue to get fisted by online degenerates that are trying to make a living off stealing peoples video game wealth?

For me its day 4 without being able to log in due to this. i'm still waiting for an email from the jagex support system but there seems to be no signs of life over there

Hi,

Its my 4th day and i cant still log in.

I am feeling the consequences of not playing, today for the first time I managed to smile to open my main and again "too many login attempts". I am disappointed, desolate, depressed and feeling stolen, knowing that the account is secure.

This is a testimonial from an addict.

Hi Jagex. Day 5 still can't login because "too many attempts" have been made and yall won't let me change my login info. Even though I can log into this website to bitch in these forums. Checks out I guess. From what I've seen this could literally last a year. That fucking sucks.
