At least you got a reply. I've submitted over 6 tech support request with no answer. This has been over a 3 month period. They have failed to help or even tell me they are looking in to the problem, it's frustrating. Thanks for listening as I blow off steam, :P

Hey guys (ME AGAIN) so im at 10 days without being able to log back in.... IDK if the ticket do anything I know we can't send a lot of them but by now i must of sent it 3 times...

HELP me damn.

1-2 days thats a thing right now im closing in to 2 weeks ????

Should I just forget about it cancel my subscription and move on ???

My login name is the same with another players' nickname. Now someone is apparently trying to hack his account or keeping him from logging, making me locked out of my account. There is no way to contact Jagex about this, which is infuriating.

' and your 'ingame-/avatar-name' are 2 different things.
There can't be a second account within RuneScape with the same '
login-name
' as yours, that is out of the question.

On the previous page of this thread Mod Lyon did say that sending multiple report tickets made no difference and there was no need.
In my experience that is not true and when Jagex are not coming out and giving us solutions that are working or even slightly helpful, or even being slightly transparent about this issue, well then I have to go by experience only. When too-many-login-attempts happen to me I will send a ticket report thing everytime I attempt and it won't work and I will ALWAYS wait at least 30 minutes to follow their "guideline".

A discord has been made regarding this issue and we have gathered "useful" j-mod responses and we want to gather everyone in this situation at the same place so no one feels alone which Jagex are doing a good job at making us feel. Discord invite is in my signature for anyone to use. Rank #56 Overall. 8000/1****? Hard caskets stacked. 7000/8****? Elite caskets stacked.

Would you trust a Price-checking service that has bots running in W2 advertising themselves constantly? I wouldn't!
