Saddens me to read veterans in here not being able to play the game. I'm affected again today after over a with no issues. Jagex and their employees are doing a TERRIBLE job on this matter. Rank #56 Overall. 8000/1****? Hard caskets stacked. 7000/8****? Elite caskets stacked.

Would you trust a Price-checking service that has bots running in W2 advertising themselves constantly? I wouldn't!

More then a week now and I still can’t connect I’m getting no answer from Jagex as well it’s really sad I gotta say how this matter is taken so lightly ! Please @Jagex do something it’s NOT resolving on itself ! VPN does not work for me, mobile hotspot as well.

More then a week now and I still can’t connect I’m getting no answer from Jagex as well it’s really sad I gotta say how this matter is taken so lightly ! Please @Jagex do something it’s NOT resolving on itself ! VPN does not work for me, mobile hotspot as well.

My suggestion to all ... make sure you submit a support ticket If you still can't log in after a hr send another support ticket ... Not to jinx myself .. but .. that is what I did and have not had a problem since Aug 31st

click support at the top .. then click technical help .. then scroll down to the too many log in attempts link click it and send in ticket .. no they will never respond to you .. but they do get them

Also ... I never hit log out anymore .. I just click go to lobby then close the game out

eer.. if you are continuing to experience this issue please do let us know, as per the guidance on the error messages you see and the ticket form itself.

However, submitting more tickets does not improve this or solve the problem in any way. Submitting a ticket an hour is unnecessary and isn't going to solve anything. You no longer experiencing this is a coincidence.

Needless to say, we're painfully aware of this being an issue (still). We continue to take it seriously (still) but, because of what is happening and the circumstances around it, it remains a big project to fix. Which several teams within the company are continuing to work towards.

Heck I'm just happy a Mod actually acknowledged it ... But honestly .. when it was happening to me sending one in hrly made me feel better because no one was really acknowledging the issue

That's kind of the obvious response from a customer getting absolutely no response or feedback. If customer support for whatever stuff I bought is not responding to my calls when I have an issue, I will call again. Very human-like thing to do.
And I would also highly suggest to fill a ticket report thing everytime it happens because in my experience it's worked better the times I did that and at this current state all I have is experience cause like said before, we get no response...

Here I go again. Think i really have to give up making coffee! everytime I do I back to login trouble.

No changing my ISP does not fix it
No changing machine (pc , laptop, phone) does not fix it!

Sent in yet another report and still this darn issue is still on going LOL

I for sure not paying for members next year if this continues.

Also getting fed up on missing weeky advents I can not get completed in time due to this issue and sure hell not paying for bonds to complete them. As far as I am concerned I am not getting what I payed for and will not pay again while this continues.
