I understand your frustration I really do, but let's not make this about the sad development and evolution of Runescape and Jagex. :)

Do you remember to do the support bug tickets? I know it doesn't really matter, but I just want to make as many as possible get loud about this so that we can some day be heard.
Perhaps send tweets at the mods - that triggered 4 responses to me today.

Good and nope same here. "Only" done like 10 though.

Yet I make a tweet at a mod and he responses in less than an hour. Very telling and speaks volume of the level of communication we have. I pointed that out too but ye, they don't care Rank #56 Overall. 8000/1****? Hard caskets stacked. 7000/8****? Elite caskets stacked.

Just wanted to note: You are not supposed to receive a response to those reports made through the Support article: Too many login attempts from your address .

"Our technical teams aren't able to respond directly to these reports but the information may be useful to identify further solutions."

It's so that they may gather all the possible details regarding the issue, but you are not going to receive a reply regarding your specific concern.
